Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 331 in Riga 2014 (June 17. No 33 56) of electrical and electronic equipment and batteries or batteries producer registration order and payment procedures for the maintenance of the data released under the waste management Act, article 24, second and fourth paragraphs, and article 31, third and fourth part i. General questions 1. determines: 1.1. electrical and electronic equipment manufacturers (hereinafter equipment manufacturers) and their authorized representatives in order of registration; 1.2. the amount of the equipment manufacturer data maintenance of electrical and electronic equipment manufacturer in the register (hereinafter register of producers of equipment) and payment arrangements; 1.3. battery or battery manufacturer (hereinafter referred to as the battery manufacturer) registration procedures; 1.4. the manufacturer of the battery or accumulator register (hereinafter register of producers of batteries) of the holder; 1.5. the amount of the battery manufacturer maintenance battery producer register and payment arrangements. 2. equipment manufacturers or their authorised representatives register equipment manufacturer. Battery manufacturers recorded in the register of producers of batteries. Battery manufacturers ' registry is a national information system-registry-equipment manufacturer. The manufacturer of the batteries using the registry ensure that batteries and accumulators waste management monitoring information required. Battery manufacturers register holder is a registrant. 4. for equipment manufacturers or their authorised representatives register of registered equipment manufacturer, but the battery manufacturers-manufacturers of the batteries to the registry, the Registrar shall issue administrative acts. 5. II. Equipment manufacturers or their authorized representatives in order of registration 7. If the equipment manufacturer or its authorized representative broke the law on waste management activities of electric and electronic equipment, equipment manufacturer, its authorized representative, equipment manufacturer administrator or liquidator or equipment manufacturer's authorised representative, an administrator or liquidator shall notify the Registrar in writing within 10 working days from the date of cessation of operations by submitting an application on the equipment manufacturer or its authorized representative from the equipment manufacturer registry (annex 2). Foreign manufacturer's authorised representative is excluded from the register of producers even if the foreign manufacturer has informed the Registrar that the foreign equipment manufacturer has withdrawn the authority. If that person does not provide such information, the registrant is entitled to use publicly available from other national information systems of the information received. In the cases referred to in this paragraph, a Registrar within three working days following receipt of the decision on the equipment manufacturer or its authorized representative from the equipment manufacturer registry and shall notify the manufacturer of the equipment, the equipment manufacturer's authorized representative, the equipment manufacturer to the liquidator or administrator or the equipment manufacturer's authorised representative, administrator or liquidator. 17. IV. Payment for equipment and battery manufacturer's maintenance register 36. For maintenance of the register of the equipment manufacturer or its authorized representative and the battery manufacturer to make payment of the registrant in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 37. 37. Pay for maintenance of the register: 37.1. equipment manufacturer maintenance-€ 42.69 through registration, and € 42.69 for each subsequent calendar year; 37.2. the battery manufacturer's maintenance-€ 42.69 through registration, and € 42.69 for each subsequent calendar year. 38. After the equipment manufacturer, or the authorised representative of the manufacturer of the batteries received application for first-time registration in the register and verify its accuracy and compliance with the requirements of these rules, the registrant will invoice and shall send it by electronic equipment to the manufacturer, his authorised representative or the battery manufacturer. 39. For the maintenance of the register of the equipment manufacturer or its authorized representative and battery manufacturer paid with credit institutions. 40. the annual fee for the maintenance of the register of the equipment manufacturer or its authorized representative and the battery manufacturer paid in the current calendar year to 31 March, based on the electronic invoice received by the Registrar sends the equipment manufacturer, or the authorised representative of the manufacturer of the batteries before 1 March of the calendar year. 41.
