No 36 38) State joint stock company "electronic means" public charge service price list Issued in accordance with the electronic communications law article 6, fourth paragraph 1. determines the State joint stock company "electronic means" public provided paid service price list and payment arrangements as well as tariff adjustments and procedures. 2. public joint stock company "electronic means" public charge services provided in accordance with the price list (annex). 3. State joint stock company "electronic communications" provide public services charges settled within 15 days of invoice, noting that this provision of the annex referred to in Chapter 4, electronic communications network installing technical projects the State joint stock company "electronic means" to be issued after the payment of the invoice (when payment is credited to the State joint stock company "electronic" account or represents a bank certifying the payment order). 4. If the State joint stock company "electronic communications" of the year revenue from EMC's provisioning services exceed this provision of the associated costs (including the return on capital), State joint stock company "electronic communication" in the tariff adjustment in the total charge for the review year in electromagnetic compatibility assurance services this margin by dividing it proportionately to each recipient in the year appropriate fees for electromagnetic compatibility assurance services to the total electromagnetic compatibility assurance service revenue in the reference year. Review the annual tariff adjustment of national joint stock company "electronic means" calculate the next accounting year to the public joint stock company "electronic communications" of the approval of the annual report for the day, but no later than the next review on July 31. The tariff adjustment for each recipient of the national joint stock company "electronic means" carried out after approval of the annual report including the country in the form of shares of the company "electronic means" claims for the next accounting year rendered electromagnetic compatibility assurance service charges. If the next report of the year charge for the electromagnetic compatibility assurance services is less than the tariff adjustments for the year the recipient of the service concerned, the difference shall be reimbursed within 10 days after receipt of the application for the service recipient. The claim to lapse if the State joint stock company "electronic service requested" an application for the refund is received within a period of three years from the date of the State joint stock company "electronic communication" in a statement published on the internet website of the calculated adjustment of the accounting year. The tariff adjustment is calculated using the following formula: Com = P x R where (I) Tk – correction to the recipient of the service concerned (euro); P – electromagnetic compatibility assurance public paid the excess of revenue over electromagnetic compatibility assurance public paid the costs of the financial year (in euro); R-service recipient received an appropriate charge for electromagnetic compatibility assurance services in the financial year (in euro); I – the total electromagnetic compatibility assurance service revenue in the financial year (in euro). 5. payment for this provision of the annex shall apply paragraph 2.9. for all merchant assigned radio spectrum band from the date of entry into force of the provisions, or from radio spectrum usage rights for the start date, if that date is later than the date of entry into force of the provisions. This paragraph relates to the frequency bands the use of which the business of the electronic communications sector is a certain limited radio spectrum use, the amount of the award. 6. If the date of entry into force of the provisions of the total charge for this rule stated in point 2.9 of annex services for more than 30% of the total service charges, calculated up to the date of entry into force of the provisions under the Cabinet of Ministers on 24 September 2013 rule no. 905 "public joint stock company" electronic means "public charge" service price list 2 of the annex, point 2.9. This provision of the annex referred to in point 2.9. fee for the relevant radio equipment electromagnetic compatibility assurance services that fixed the date of entry into force of the provisions of these rules shall apply progressively: the date of entry into force of the 30% increase and from 1 January 2015, with 60% increase against the monthly fee calculated in accordance with the Cabinet of Ministers on 24 September 2013 rule no. 905 "public joint stock company" electronic means "public charge" service price list Appendix 2 2.9. section but from 1 July 2015 – according to these rules. 7.
