Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No 388 Riga 2014 (July 8. No 38 17) electrical and electronic equipment categories and labelling requirements and this plant waste management requirements and procedures Issued under the waste management Act, article 24, first paragraph and article 29 1, 2, 3 and 4 of paragraph i. II. categories of equipment and the requirements for the labelling of equipment and information 4. III. Processing equipment operator provides the following processing equipment delivered separately collected waste substances in the composition and ingredient separation: 14.1 polihlorēto biphenyls (PCB) containing capacitors; 14.2. components that contain mercury (mercury containing relays, switches or flashing lights); 14.3. batteries and accumulators; 14.4. mobile phones and other equipment for printed circuit boards, if the printed circuit board surface more than 10 cm2; 14.5. liquid and Pasty, as well as colour toner toner cartridges; 14.6. plastic containing brominated flame retardant, chemicals or chemical products; 14.7. asbestos waste and components containing asbestos; 14.8.
