The notes. 1 active medical implant category apply to active implantable medical devices, radiokomponent for total or partial surgical or medical put the human or animal body, and, where appropriate, to the peripherals. 2 implantable device for the animals – the relay is inserted into the animal's body to perform diagnostic functions and/or therapy. 3 No specific short-range devices category includes radio regardless of usage or purpose that complies with the technical conditions laid down in the relevant frequency band. Typical uses are telemetry, remote control, alarm, data transmission and other general applications. 4 auxiliary devices hearing aids (ALDE) category includes radio system, which improves hearing disabled dzirdētspēj. Such a system usually includes one or more radio transmitters and one or more radio. 5 the measurement category covers radio, which is part of a two-way radio system that allows the remote to control, measure and transmit data smart network infrastructure, such as electricity, gas and water supply networks. 6 social alarm devices-radio system that provides secure communications to danger up person in a restricted area can call for help. Social anxiety is a typical usage of the devices help elderly or disabled people. 7 active implantable medical devices – defined by Council 20 June 1990 directive 90/385/EEC on the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to active implantable medical devices (OJ L 189, 20.7.1990, p. 17). 8 high cycle/continuous relay device category includes radio, based on the low latency and high operating cycle programs. Typical uses are audiovid and of personal wireless media streaming systems, mobile phones, automotive or home entertainment system, wireless microphones, wireless speakers, wireless headphones, watches the radio, hearing aids, in-ear headset wireless microphones used for concerts or performances, and low-power analog FM transmitters (bar 39). 9 Radionoteikšan devices category includes radio, which uses the object's location, speed and/or other characteristics or gathering information in relation to these parameters. Typical uses are different types of measurements. 10 tank level probing radar (TLPR) – special uses of radionoteikšan that is used to measure the level in the tank, and installed a metal or reinforced concrete tanks or similar equipment made of material with comparable indicators of attenuation. The tank is intended for storage of the substance. 11 models of control – a specific type of remote control and telemetry radio equipment used to remotely control model (mostly miniature avatar vehicle) movement in the air, on land, on water or under it. 12 radio frequency identification (RFID) device category includes transponder/reader's radio system, which consists of the radio (repeaters) attached to living beings or inanimate objects, and the transmitter/receiver unit (readers) that activates the transponder and get back data. Usually uses include monitoring and identification items, such as electronic product surveillance (EAS), and the collection and transfer of data in connection with the objects that are attached to the transponder, and it can be either without batteries, or batteries, or operate with batteries. Reply from transponder reader and transfer their saimnieksistēm to validate. 13 Transport and traffic telematics device category includes radio, used in the field of transport (road, rail, water or air, depending on the technical constraints), traffic control, navigation, mobility management and intelligent transport systems in the (IT). Typical uses are the interface between the various modes of transport, communication between vehicles (for example, between a car and a car), between vehicles and fixed locations (such as between car and infrastructure) as well as communications with users. 14 inductive devices category includes radio, which uses magnetic fields to the inductive loop systems close to the field of communications. Among the typical applications include, for example, car imobilizator, animal identification devices, alarm systems, cable, waste management system, personal identification devices, voice, wireless transmission devices, access control devices, distance sensors, the of detection systems to prevent unauthorized use, including unauthorized use of radio systems, data transmission to handheld devices, automatic identification of goods, a wireless control system and road user charges in the collection automatically. 15 low cycle/high reliability devices category includes radio, based on low spectrum use and low overall activity cycle spectrum access rules to provide highly reliable access to spectrum and the sharing of transmission bands. Typical uses are the alarm system, which uses radio contact, showing the State of alert in a remote location, and social alarm systems that provide reliable communications to the person who finds itself in danger. 16 broadband data transmission device category includes radio access spectrum, which uses broadband modulation technique. Typical uses are wireless access systems, such as wireless local area network (WAS/rlans). 17 bar 20 higher field strengths as well as additional restrictions apply to the use of inductive applications. 18 Bar 22, 24, 25, 27 and 28 of greater intensity in the field and additional restrictions apply to the use of inductive applications. 19 Power limit shall apply to closed tank inside and comply with the spectral density 41.3 dBm/MHz e.i.r.p., outside the 500 litre kontroltvertn.
