Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 478 Riga 2014 (august 19. No 44 4) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of February 15th, 2011 regulations No. 132 "safety of toys" Issued in accordance with the law "on conformity assessment" of article 7 and the safety of goods and Services Act, article 8.1 make Cabinet 15 February 2011 Regulation No 132 of "safety of toys" (Latvian journal, 2011, 2012, 40 no; 181. no) the following amendments: 1. To supplement, on the basis of the provisions of the law issued in and, with the words "and the safety of goods and services rule 8.1 of the article". 2. Replace paragraph 1.3, the words "or the" toys "which toys or toy is designed or manufactured". 3. Replace the words in paragraph 12.1. "analysis of potential hazard and its assessment" with the words "hazard analysis, which can cause the toy, and the potential exposure to these threats." 4. Express 12.6. subparagraph by the following: "12.6. to protect the health and safety of consumers in relation to toys risks, if necessary, to make and market toys offered a sample check, examine and record complaints, non-conforming and recalled toys, as well as to keep you informed about the surveillance of distributors;". 5. Replace paragraph 12.10., the word "hazard" with "risk". 6. To express the following paragraph 12.12., 12.12. the market surveillance authorities to cooperate with the authority of the request, on any action to avoid the toy market risks. " 7. Express section 14.3. by the following: "14.3. by market surveillance authorities to cooperate with the authority of the request, on any action to avoid the risks posed by toys covered by issued token." 8. Replace the words in paragraph 16.3. "hazard" with "risk". 9. Replace the words "paragraph 16.8 risk" with the word "risk". 10. Replace the words "paragraph 16.10 threats" with the word "risk". 11. Replace the words in paragraph 18.2. "hazard" with "risk". 12. Replace the words in paragraph 18.4 "threats" with the word "risk". 13. Express 18.5 point as follows: "18.5. market surveillance authorities to cooperate with the authority of the request, on any action to avoid the toy market risks, including to provide the market surveillance authority with all the information and documentation necessary to demonstrate the conformity of the toy." 14. Make the paragraph 23 the introductory paragraph as follows: "23. Technical documentation subject to this provision, paragraph 37, shall be drawn up in one of the Member States of the European Union in the official languages, and it includes all of the data or instructions about the features that are used by the manufacturer to ensure that toys for conformity with the essential safety requirements, including:". 15. Express section 73.3. the following wording: "73.3. require the manufacturer or the importer, shall provide the relevant parts of the technical documentation translation into national languages, giving reasons for the need for translation. The market surveillance authority, requiring the submission of technical documentation, as well as part of the translation determines the deadline of 30 days, unless a shorter period is justified a serious and immediate risk identification; ". 16. To supplement the provisions of this subparagraph with 73.6.: "73.6. require that the manufacturer notified inspection body and, at its own expense, shall show compliance with the essential safety requirements, if it does not comply with this provision in paragraph 23 and 73.3. the requirements referred to in subparagraph." 17. Replace annex 2, chapter III, paragraph 1, the word "hazard" with "risk". 18. Make 2. Chapter III of the annex, in the table of point 15 of paragraph 4 by the following: "4.
