No 44 34) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 13 may 2014 regulations No. 243 "regulations on the State of the European Union and the granting of aid for the promotion of investment in agriculture" Issued under the agricultural and rural development Act article 5, fourth paragraph 3.1 and make the Cabinet 2014 May 13 regulations No. 243 "regulations on the State of the European Union and the granting of aid for the promotion of investment in agriculture" (Latvian journal, 2014, no. 102) the following amendments : 1. paragraph 3: replace the introductory paragraph 1.1, the number "15 450 6 450 000" with the number "000"; 1.2. in point 3.1., replace the figure "3 500 000 6 500 000" with the number ""; 1.3. make 3.3 subparagraph by the following: "3.3.  6 500 000 euros interest granted partial deletion: 3.3.1. agricultural products processing merchants, which correspond to the category of large enterprises in accordance with the Commission on 17 June 2014. Regulation (EU) No 651/2014, by which certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market, applying the contract article 107 and 108 (Official Journal of the European Union, 2014 26 June, no L 187) (hereinafter referred to as Commission Regulation No 651/2014) The classification set out in annex I, which exported the products contained in the Russian Federation's economic sanctions against the Republic of Latvia, the import ban in the list, and type the following in the statistical classification of economic activities (NACE Rev. 2) codes: 3.3.1.1. Group 10.1-meat and meat products production, processing and preservation; 3.3.2.2. Group 10.3-fruit and vegetable processing and canning; 3.3.2.3. Group 10.5-manufacture of dairy products; 3.3.2.4. Group-grain milling 10.6 products, manufacture of starch and starch products; 3.3.2.5. the band 10.7-confectionery and flour products; 3.3.2.6. Group 11.07 – soft drinks, except mineral waters and other bottled waters, production; 3.3.2.7. Group 10.41-oils and fats production; 3.3.3. the fisheries and processing of fishery products, if the exported products included in the Russian Federation's economic sanctions against the Republic of Latvia, the import prohibition list. " 2. Make paragraph 6 by the following: "6. This provision 17, 17.1, 26, 28, 35, 35.1 and application referred to in paragraph 46 and accompanying documents submitted by the applicant in the form of a paper document (by adding or sending an electronic version) or electronic form of a document, if the document has been prepared according to the law on electronic document design." 3.
