Each control provides the indications that indicate, from one of the control mechanisms of the dzeniekārt at the time. The control will switch between the wheelhouse and the engine room is possible only in the machinery space or machinery control central control. On board fishing vessels with a length of less than 45 metres in length, the Administration may allow the switchboard in the engine room used only as emergency control, if sufficient control is installed and the control system in the wheelhouse; 172.5. installed in the wheelhouse of the rules provided for in paragraph 157 of the emergency alarm and indicators that captures: 172.5.1. propeller speed and direction of the fishing vessels with fixed pitch propellers; 172.5.2. speed and propeller blades position for fishing vessels with variable pitch propellers; 172.5.3. the alarm on the main engine emergency stop; the main possibility 172.6. dzeniekārt mechanisms to drive from the local console, if any one of the stops of distance control system elements; 172.7. Fuel, lubricating oil and other flammable liquid 184. procedures for using oil products with a flash point of less than 60 ° C (closed container test), can not be used as a fuel for fishing vessels. The exception is emergency generators that you can use fuel with a flash point of not less than 43 ° c. The Administration's permission to use the fishing vessel fuel with a flash point of not less than 43 ° C, if the security measures which the Administration deems sufficient, condition is respected and that the areas where fuel is stored and used, the temperature is always lower than 10 ° C flash point of the fuel. 185. Provide safe and effective means to determine how much fuel is in the tank each. If you use a measuring tube, the upper ends are placed in secure locations and be fitted with appropriate means of closure. You can use the measuring equipment of sufficiently thick glass, if they are metal enclosures and is installed automatically closing valves. You can use a different type of features to determine how much fuel is in the tank, ensuring each that their errors or overfilling the tank can happen due to a fuel spill. 186. the means used to prevent too much pressure in the birth of the oil tank and fuel system, including the filling pipes. Pressure relief valves, air and overflow pipes to load off the system in a safe place and manner. 187. On the fuel pipes, which can happen in the event of damage to the fuel leaking from the top of the double bottom fishing vessels deployed fuel storage, settling tanks, and consumption directly to these tanks mounted valves, which in the event of fire in the space where those tanks have concluded from a safe place outside this space. In some cases, if the fuel tanks are positioned in the shaft or pipe tunnels or other similar places to those installed in the valve, but in the event of fire, it should be possible to conclude the fuel supply to them with other valve which in addition to hosted on the pipe or pipes outside such tunnel or similar space. If such additional valve is fitted in the machinery space, it must be possible to conclude from a location outside the machinery space. 188. The fuel pump is separated from all other systems. Flexible pipes and their end connections (threaded or flange) with adequate strength and is industrially produced from approved fire-resistant materials or lined with fireproof materials in accordance with the rules of recognised organisations. 191. In places where it is needed to fuel and oil pipelines installed skins or use other means to prevent oil from getting into the fuel or on heated surfaces or mechanism for air suction manifold. Permissible minimum number of connections in the pipelines. The pipelines protects against pārrīvēšano operating time. 192. If possible, the fuel tanks are part of the design of the fishing vessel and they are stationed outside the class ' A ' machinery spaces. If the fuel tanks, double bottom tanks which do not need to deploy the engine room or beside it, at least one tank in the vertical wall space coincides with the delimiting septum, and preferably to be common with this double bottom tanks deployed in the area. The following fuel tanks in the engine room of the surface is possible. 193. fuel tanks that are placed in the class ' A ' machinery spaces, may be present in the fuel with a flash point of less than 60 ° C (closed cup test). Where a potential ignition source, this equipment corresponds to at least 185. and in paragraph 189 above requirements and for durability and construction, 190.186. and also 191. the requirements referred to in paragraph 1. 196. the liquid fuel, oil and other inflammable petroleum products stored forepeak tanks. 4.2.1.8.197. Bilge system vessels be fitted with an efficient bilge pumping system that all the operating conditions can be any fishing vessel atsūknē airtight compartments (other than fuel, oil and water tanks), the fishing vessel both on an even keel, with both heel and trim. Shall take all necessary measures to free the water go to the suction pipe socket. Permitted in separate compartments of the vessel does not set the bilge if the Administration believes that it does not have a negative effect on the safety of fishing vessels. 198. Bilge pumping systems pipelines, seals and equipment is made of steel or other equivalent fire-resistant material. All of the pipe is fitted with a aizsargsiet or filters. 199. On each fishing vessel to provide at least two bilge pumps with independent drive, one of which may be a main engine of the recovery. As bilge pumps can use a ballast pumps or other general-purpose pumps with sufficient capacity. In addition, the Administration may allow the use of autonomous portable bilge pump with a capacity not less than 50 m3/h, if the proper storage of fire safety and General Security. 200. Each such compartment shall be fitted with a gas leak detection system, which is located next to the light in the room at the entrance of the refrigeration machine compartment. Refrigeration machine compartment shall be fitted with independent ventilation systems and water sprinkler system. 226. If, taking into account the size of the vessel, the position is not practical, the refrigeration system can be placed in the engine room of the vessel. In this case, use only cold agent quantities, even the whole gas venting may not be dangerous for people working in the machinery space, as well as set up an alarm that warns you when a leakage in a partition created dangerous gas concentrations. 227. to avoid the possibility of freezing of human power mechanism and freezing cameras, alarm of the premises located in the wheelhouse or the central control console, or emergency exits. At least one exit from each of these rooms can be opened from the inside. If it is practical, the exit from rooms containing toxic or flammable gas powered refrigeration equipment must not be fitted so that they directly lead to living quarters. 228. It can be assumed that the continuous "B" class ceilings or linings, which are associated with the relevant decks or bulkheads, totally or in part, to the required insulation or fire protection fire resistance. 336. This provision set out in paragraph 320 of steel or equivalent material body styles and design of the outer plating can have a built-in Windows and side scuttles, if these rules are not necessary to the design of the siding would be "A" class integrity.
