No 44 53) electronic communication network construction and installation supervision order Issued in accordance with article 5 of the law on construction of the first part of paragraph 2 and in paragraph 4 the second subparagraph and the electronic communications law article 16, first paragraph i. These rules also apply to electronic communications network installation, construction, conversion or demolition if it is for other buildings (e.g. buildings, roads) building project. 6.
