Construction of minimal composition in the rail infrastructure rebuilding or new construction of the object contains the following documents and section: 6.1. situation plan scale 1:2000-1:10000, or the existing railway land partition be bar; 6.2. construction agent design task; 6.3. the track plan that shows the location of the railway infrastructure and the projected line route; 6.4. the Basic alarm system solutions; 6.5. the contact wire basic solutions; 6.6 power supply based solutions; 6.7. the explanatory description of the site and construction solutions. 7. Construction of minimal composition in the rail infrastructure renewal include the following documents and sections; 7.1. situation plan scale 1:2000-1:10000, which contains the existing railway land partition bar; 7.2. proposing the construction of the design task; 7.3. the explanatory description of the site and construction solutions. 8. the minimum composition Construction rail infrastructure to position the object and include the following documents to the demolition and the sections: 8.1. situation plan scale 1:2000-1:10000, or the existing railway land partition be bar; 8.2. construction agent design task; 8.3. the explanatory description of the site and construction solutions. 9. Construction intentions explanatory note contains relevant information about: 9.1. site; 9.2. the construction of the agent; 9.3. the participants in the works; 9.4. time and place of the works; 9.5. rail infrastructure the main use of object, except when the railway infrastructure is demolished; 9.6. rail infrastructures technical parameters; 9.7. the works of techniques and technologies; 9.8. the materials used, except when the railway infrastructure is demolished; 9.9. rail traffic safety measures; 9.10. environmental and labour protection measures. 10. Construction intentions in the explanatory memorandum annexed to the plan or scheme of railway infrastructure. 11. the task of the design of construction agent under the rail infrastructure site type: 11.1. basic requirements necessary for the railway infrastructure design; 11.2. technical requirements for railway car (for example, the track layout, signalling, communications, supply, the catenary); 11.3. the requirements for adding inženiertīkl the relevant local networks, as well as the crossing and transfer; 11.4. accessibility requirements (move from one level to another height and targeting the railway built environment (sound and Visual)) established: 11.4.1. platforms, transitions, driveway, parking at the railway station and stop points; 11.4.2. the entrance of the railway station and the stopping points in buildings; 11.5. Construction agent on behalf of the design of railway infrastructure was to: 12.1. infrastructure release conditions; 12.2. demolition techniques and technologies; 12.3. railway traffic safety requirements; 12.4 rendering and conditioning land conditions. 13. Design applicable European railway system technical specifications for interoperability or parts thereof; 16.5. the construction of reconciliation under this provision 16.1., 16.2 and 16.3. referred to in technical regulations and proposing projects of construction of reconciliation; 10.3. construction verification according to the legislation on European railway interoperability of systems; 10.4. a construction expertise (third group engineering structures); 16.8. property, land tenure or use rights and building rights supporting documents (if the intended public use railway infrastructure construction). 17. This rule 16.1, 16.2 and 16.3.. institutions referred to in technical regulations specify construction coordination arrangements and need to get an opinion on the site of the railway infrastructure readiness for operation. 18. Design conditions 31. to receive the mark for everything contained in the town planning of design conditions (annex 6), the principal national railway technical inspection shall be: the original construction plan 31.1. (one copy), which is aligned according to this provision 16.1., 16.2 and 16.3. referred to in technical regulations, as well as with the construction of the agent; 31.2. construction verification documents according to legislation on the European railway system interoperability; 31.3. construction expertise opinion, if you have a construction expertise; 19.5. the parcel of property, possession or usage rights and building rights supporting documents, where such rights have changed from the time of issue of the building permit. 32. 4. Works 4.1. 6. acceptance into 66. Subscriber (public works contractor), taking into account the provisions of paragraph 17 of the conditions require the written opinions on the site of the railway infrastructure readiness of those bodies, which are issued by that rule 16.1, 16.2 and 16.3. referred to in technical terms.
