No 44 9) order in which security police provides protection to be protected (security) Issued in accordance with the national security authorities law article 15 the third paragraph of rule 1 defines the security police officials protected and the order in which police officers carry out conservation protection (security) and cooperate with other State institutions. 2. the security police officers carry out such protection (security): 2.1 public officials: the President of Parliament 2.1.1; 2.1.2. The Prime Minister; 2.1.3. with the order of the Cabinet of Ministers or Parliamentary decision of the Bureau of the Executive; 2.1.4. the officials who caused the sudden risk; 2.2. foreign and international organizations and institutions, with the exception of those officials whose protection (security) in accordance with the national law of the armed forces perform military police (hereinafter referred to as foreign agents): 2.2.1. foreign Parliament leaders; 2.2.2. foreign government leaders; 2.2.3. the Foreign Minister of Foreign Affairs; 2.2.4. The United Nations, the European Council, the European Parliament and the head of the European Commission; 2.3. other foreign representatives, after the Foreign Ministry or the parliamentary administration. 3. the security police independently or in cooperation with the national police, as well as the involvement of other national and local government bodies, organized by government officials, foreign and international organizations and institutions, the protection of the representatives of the (security) in the Republic of Latvia, and take security measures in full or partial amount corresponding to the personal risk. 4. full scale security measures: 4.1 security escort — Government officials, foreign and international organizations and institutions, representatives of physical integrity, as well as the unimpeded and safe movement; 4.2. employment security; 4.3. security of residence; 4.4. the provisional security of the place of stay; 4.5. information unauthorized mining. 5. Security measures for partial amount is separately this provision referred to in paragraph 4, the security measures. 6. If necessary, the security police, on the basis of the Security Chief's orders, security measures taken by State officials during the stay abroad. 7. the need to ensure the protection (security) officials, which leads to sudden threats, public officer or superior public official shall submit a written proposal to the security police. Security Police Chief, on the basis of the security police in hazard analysis conducted, shall take a decision on the security measures, and the Organization's decision to refuse the order or security measures. The decision taken by the Security Chief of police shall immediately inform the Minister of the Interior and the agent. 8. If the security measures for State officials, which leads to sudden threats, you need to provide more than 15 daily, Minister for Home Affairs shall prepare and submit to the Cabinet a draft order on security measures. 9. the representatives of the foreign visits planned in the Republic of Latvia, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the State administration of the Protocol or of the Saeima shall inform in writing the security police no later than seven working days before the beginning of the visit, but on an unscheduled visit, a day when the Foreign Ministry or the Parliament's administration has received information on the organisation of the visits. 10. Security Police Chief within three working days of receipt of the information on the planned visit of the representatives of foreign countries on the basis of the security police of the hazard analysis carried out of the results, decide on security measures, and the arrangements for the organization. If a visit is not scheduled, the respective decision shall be taken within three working days, but no later than the beginning of the visit. The decision taken by the Security Chief of police shall inform the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or the parliamentary administration.
