General questions 1. determines the : 1.1 the procedures for implementing the action programme "growth and employment" priority axis "of small and medium-sized business competitiveness" 3.4.2. specific aid target "the Government professional development and the development of social dialogue the better regulation of the development of small and medium business support, corruption and shadow economy in the areas of mitigation" measures "3.4.2.2. Social dialogue development better legal framework in the development of the business support area" (hereinafter measure); 1.2. the objectives of the measure; 1.3. in the event the funds available; 1.4. the requirements of the European Social Fund project applicant (hereinafter referred to as project applicant) and partner; 1.5. the eligible cost of the operation and the conditions of the question; 1.6. the agreement for the implementation of a project of cooling-off unilateral conditions; 1.7. the simplified conditions of application costs and procedures. 2. objective of the measure is to ensure bilateral sectoral social dialogue in the development of better regulation development business environment ranking promotion five priority sectors – industry, chemical industry and allied industries, construction, transport and logistics, telecommunications and communications. 3. in the event the target group is an organization that provides employers ' and workers ' interests in the sectoral social dialogue and strengthening of sectors workers. 4. Measure are achievable following monitoring indicators: 4.1 table of results – up to 2022. Measure the responsible authority for the national registry (hereinafter referred to as the responsible authority). 7. the planned Measures the total attributable funds is 1 500 000 euro, including the European Social Fund funding – 1 275 000 euro and national budget funding – 225 000 euro. III. eligible activities and costs
17. Measure plans to the following eligible costs: 18.1. direct eligible costs; 18.2. indirect eligible costs; 18.3. the unexpected costs. 19. The provisions referred to in paragraph 18.1. costs include the following items: 19.1. the beneficiary's personnel costs (project management and project implementation staff remuneration costs), excluding overtime, this provision referred to in paragraph 17 of the implementation of the activities supported. If the project management and the project staff is employed in the normal working time, health insurance costs are eligible for 100 percent. If the project management and the project staff is employed part time, health insurance costs are not identifiable in a full time capacity. If the project management and the project personnel remuneration shall apply the principle of relevance, part-time health insurance costs be determined in proportion to the percentage distribution of remuneration. Health insurance costs are applicable only to the time when the project management and project personnel are employed in these provisions 11.1. projects referred to the implementation of the activities supported. 20. the implementation of the funding recipient is suitable for indirect cost flat rate as one cost line 15% from 19.1. these provisions referred to in subparagraph planned direct staff costs. 21. If the project management and project implementation staff organization performs is related not only to the project, but also to the Organization's core business or other financial instrument administration, part of the consideration for the cost of the project may be eligible for direct staff costs in proportion to the time during which the project is being conducted with the associated responsibilities. IV. the Measures and conditions for the implementation of the project

The advance may be paid in several instalments. 28. in implementing the project, the beneficiary and partner: 28.1. In order to monitor the implementation of the measures, the responsible authority shall establish a supervisory board, which includes the European Union's structural and cohesion funds in the participating institutions, the social partners and non-governmental organisations, competent or monitoring includes merchant support and organize the business environment. 33. the Statute of the Board of supervisors (supervisory rights, duties and personnel, on the basis of the institutions and bodies of the authority) approved by the Director of the State Chancellery. 34.
