The Republic of LATVIA Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 108 (pr. 1.2. deletion of article 32;
1.3. replace article 33, first paragraph, the words «Article 30 of the said Charter» with the words «Cabinet»;
1.4. deletion of the third paragraph of article 33;
1.5. make article 34 as follows: «article 34. Residence permit in the event of refusal to the interested party may apply to the Director of the Department with the application within a period of 10 days, counting from the date of receipt of the refusal. 2. To determine that the law On aliens and stateless persons "entry and residence in the Republic of Latvia» new article 30 apply upon the Cabinet of Ministers regulations came into force.
