Cabinet of Ministers acts of Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 177 (. 34, 13), Riga, 20 June 1995 amended by Cabinet of Ministers of 2 November 1993, the Regulation No 15 "and other items of goods in transit within the territory of the Republic of Latvia" Issued in accordance with the law "on 1 April 1925 the law" the cabinet installation "restore" in paragraph 3 of article 14 do cabinet 2 November 1993 Regulations No 15 "and other items of goods in transit in the territory of the Republic of Latvia" (Latvian journal 1993,111., no; 1994, no. 136; 1995, nr. 43) the following amendments: 1. Add to paragraph 6 with the fourth paragraph by the following: "ethyl alcohol and spirits in transit in the territory of the Republic of Latvia may be performed only with special permits (licences) issued an alcohol monopoly administration."
2. Add to paragraph 9 of the fourth paragraph by the following: "ethyl alcohol and alcoholic beverage goods transit accompanying document is required in your design requirements laid down in the laws and regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers on business with ethyl alcohol and alcoholic beverages."
3. Add to paragraph 11 with the following content: "— the spirits monopoly administration."
4. Supplement 16 to the second paragraph as follows: "the transit transport of ethyl alcohol must only be performed by staff of the Customs Department in containers (prepackaged) without reloading, except when authorized by the handling of transshipment and monitoring of alcohol monopoly administration."
5. these provisions shall enter into force by 1 august 1995.
