Hunting tools and guns, which the owner has not requested within six months after the expiry of a fine candidate for sale marketing network after authorization by the police, but after their sale cash received, excluding commissions, the owner of this tool may require specific treatment.
124. on the basis of a court judgment or administrative decision of the institutions, may be seized hunting guns, tools, and AIDS, as well as on the offending vehicle (car, motorcycle, boat and other) used in such hunting. The order is determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of 4 October 1994 rules no 198 "forfeited, orphan, bezmantiniek, after the succession rights of the State or the municipality moved, gift, and found the treasure found in accounting, evaluation and marketing" (Latvian journal, 1994, 118 no). The resulting funds are credited to the hunting Fund.
125. 127. the loss of the State in the protection of rare and endangered animals, as well as the rest of the animal (which is not a wild game) unlawful killing, wounding, capturing or keeping in captivity of the convicted person to pay the amount set by the Cabinet of Ministers and in order.
