No.) amendments and supplements to the rules with a new 2.1 the following: "2.1 to the law" on social assistance "(Latvian journal, 1995, no. 176; in 1996, 62, 64 no). the third part of article 17 the date of entry into force of the family determine the following public benefits for families about raising children, for each child: 2.1 1 to 8 years of age: 3.75 Lats per month;
2.1 2. from 8 to 15 years of age — 4.5 Lats per month;
3. If the child is older 2.1 15 years attending comprehensive school — 4.5 lats a month. "
2. make a Cabinet of 19 December 1995, the Regulation No 384 "provisions on State family allowance, the birth of a child and parental benefits and costs order" (Latvian journal, 1995, nr. 202) follows: 2.1 Add to 42 with the following content: "except for this provision (4) and (5), which shall enter into force simultaneously with the law" on social assistance "the third subparagraph of article 17.";
2.2. to replace the words "in paragraph 43 the 1996 January 1" with the words "this provision (4) and (5) the date of entry into force".
