General questions 1. national cultural monument protection Inspectorate (hereinafter referred to as "the inspection") is under the supervision of the Ministry of culture civiliestād the country.

II. Inspection tasks 4. main tasks of the Inspectorate: 4.1 to realize the State control for protection of cultural monuments;

4.6. to issue a permit for a specific sample preservation (research, restoration, repair, reconstruction) for carrying out the work of cultural monuments;
4.7. to determine the value of cultural heritage monuments;
4.8. in cooperation with the Ministry of the Interior to take the art expertise and to issue permits for the export of objects of art to foreign countries;
4.9. the following specific purposes allocated funds to finance cultural monument for research, rescue and restoration work, as well as with the monument protection measures;
4.10. to organize the cultural monuments in the promotion work.

IV. Inspection officials 9. Inspection officials have the inspection Manager, his Deputy and the heads of unit. Inspection officers are civil servants (officials of the candidates).

11.9. represents inspection in relation to legal and natural persons and conclude contracts in the name of Inspection;
11.10. in matters within their competence, in the name of Inspection decisions on claims and the requirements for lifting the designation against natural and legal persons;
11.11. the powers of the inspectorate staff issued this statement in the above tasks;
11.12. organise inspection training and further training.
