Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 404 (No. 51, 1. ¤) Riga 1996 October 22 amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 21 November 1995, of Regulation No 359 "disaster Medical Center Charter," Issued in accordance with the Cabinet of Ministers Act article 14 installation of 1. make Cabinet of 21 November 1995, of Regulation No 359 "disaster Medical Center Charter" (Latvian journal, 1995, nr. 186.) the following amendments: 1. delete paragraph 12;
1.2. the express 16. paragraph by the following: "4. the maintenance and operation of the Centre is financed from the State budget — from grants from the general revenues of the revenue cost of services rendered and other own revenues, as well as from donations and gifts.";
1.3. make 18 the following: "6. the financial resources of the Centre consists of: 18.1. grants from the general revenue;
18.2. revenue for the fees and other revenue: 18.2.1. legal and natural persons, which, under the treaties, the Centre for disaster medicine and the economic order;
18.2.2. the funds obtained by the Centre on the orders of foreign legal persons;
18.2.3. the resources allocated to the Centre for international disaster medical program and project execution;
18.2.4. resources from the Conference and exhibition organizing income, publishing and advertising;
18.3. the legal and physical person volunteers donations. "
2. the rules shall enter into force on January 1, 1997.
