Chapter II. Rule task

Chapter III. Basic rules of road safety on the road 4. 6. article. Road construction, repair and reconstruction (1) design, building and Road level-crossing during construction and reconstruction projects must comply with existing laws and regulations and road safety regulations. (4) in exceptional condition during road restrictions may be determined in accordance with the law "On the State of exception".
Chapter IV. Means of transport and registration article 8. 9. article. Registration of vehicles

12. article. Vehicle registration certificate

(1) the vehicle registration certificate is a document that records the vehicle technical data as well as data about the owner of the means of transport (holder).

14. article. 15. article. 16. article. Article 17. Chapter v. Road traffic duties and rights of members article 18. 20. article. 21. article. 22. article. 23. article. 24. article. Drivers licence categories that give the right to drive motor vehicles (1) the right to drive vehicles of the corresponding category gives the driver's licence.

3) A — motorcycles;
B1-4) for three or four-wheel motor vehicles (except motorcycles), the construction of which the maximum design speed exceeding 50 km/h or with an engine capacity 50 cm3 or more and whose unladen mass is not more than 550 kg (electric vehicles for the mass is not taken into account);
5) B-motor vehicles with a laden weight does not exceed 3500 kg and the number of seating positions, excluding the driver's seat, not more than eight seats, as well as the following categories of connection to the tractor trailer whose total laden weight of which does not exceed 750 kg; Connection of a tractor vehicle in category b and a trailer, where the connection, full mass not exceeding 3500 kg and a trailer laden weight does not exceed the unladen mass of the tractor vehicles;
6) C1: motor vehicles having a mass exceeding 3500 kg complete, but does not exceed 7500 kg, and which do not fall within the category D, as well as the following categories of connection to the tractor trailer whose total laden weight of which does not exceed 750 kg;
7) C-motor vehicles, which exceeds 3500 kg laden weight and which do not fall within the category D, as well as the following categories of connection to the tractor trailer whose total laden weight of which does not exceed 750 kg;
8) D1: motor vehicles for the carriage of passengers, of which the number of seating positions, excluding the driver's seat, more than eight points, but not more than 16 seats, as well as the following categories of connection to the tractor trailer whose total laden weight of which does not exceed 750 kg;
9) D — motor vehicles for the carriage of passengers, of which the number of seating positions, excluding the driver's seat, more than eight points, as well as the following categories of connection to the tractor trailer whose total laden weight of which does not exceed 750 kg;
10) BE of a tractor vehicle in category B and a trailer, where the connection this connection does not fall within category B;
11) C1-C1 connection to the tractor trailer, which was exceeding 750 kg complete, if such connection laden weight does not exceed 12000 kg and the full weight of the trailer does not exceed the unladen mass of the tractor vehicles;

26. article.
