The Republic of Latvia Cabinet of Ministers on 19 November 1997 in regulation. 377 in Riga (64.8. ¤) kabineta1996 of Ministers of September 10, Regulation No 351 "provisions on the system of atsevišķun pay budget for funding officers ' Issued in accordance with the labour code of Latvia 86. Article 1. make a Cabinet of 10 September 1996, regulations No 351" rules on pay system to be financed from the budget of individual officers "(Latvia's journal, 1996, nr. 154; 1997, 62, 61/246./247.nr.) the following amendments : 1.1. make (2) of the following: "2. Determine the budget financed staff post qualification category and month base salary (wages, salaries) in accordance with the annex. ';
1.2. deletion of paragraphs 10 and 11;
1.3. make 12.2. subparagraph by the following: "12.2. setting the monthly base salary (wages, salaries) and hourly-rate employees of local government bodies, to apply these rules 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 of the annex. ';
