XI. 66. the regional environmental Board has the following responsibilities: 66.1. independently license pursuant to these rules;
66.2. control the compliance with the conditions specified in the authorisation and perspective plan, as well as water use inventory journals register entries and their conformity with the actual situation, to draw up the inspection and make relevant accounting log mark for checks and notes;
66.3. dispute cases to issue permits in accordance with the decision of the Minister of State of the environment;
66.4. examine municipal requests for authorizations or amendments.
67. regional environmental management is responsible for: 67.1. compliance with the requirements of environmental protection policy set out in the plan, such as the Prince;
67.2. a national ecological inspection requirements;
67.3. cooperation with relevant authorities in issuing permits;

7. To supplement the provisions of this chapter XII: "XII. Closing questions 68. Maximum permissible concentration regulations enter into force by 1 January 2005.
