No 14) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 19 December 1995, regulations No 388 "fish fund rules" Issued in accordance with article 29 of the law on fisheries to make the Cabinet on 19 December 1995 No. 388 "provisions of the Fund rules of fish" (Latvian journal, 1995, nr. 202) the following amendments: 1. Express 8.4. and 8.5. subparagraph by the following: "8.4. resources for the propagation and breeding, with the exception of State nurseries for current expenses and wages;
8.5. the fish resource protection measures in those organisations, competent and who deal with the protection of fish resources, removing the current expenses of the Organization; ".
2. Supplement with 8.13. subparagraph by the following: "8.13. vocational guidance, education, teaching and Visual AIDS for the production and other activities related to the development of fisheries and recreational fishing."
3. Make paragraph 10 by the following: "the 10 Cabinet Ministers after farming recommendations based on this provision, the institution referred to in paragraph 9 of the terms of reference, approved by the Board of the Fund for five years."
4. Make the following paragraph 11: "11. the Fund's Board members of the Foundation Council work is paid, with the exception of the members of the Council travel expenses associated with their participation in the sessions of the Council."
