The Republic of Latvia Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 296 in Riga on 11 august 1998 (pr. No 44, § 2), amendments to the law "on the protection of cultural monuments, the Republic of Latvia" issued a constitutional order of article 81 to make the law "on the protection of cultural monuments" (Republic of Latvia Supreme Council and Government Informant, 1992, nr. 10;/25.nr.; 1993, 24. The Saeima of the Republic of Latvia and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 1993, no. 36; 1995, nr. 7) the following amendments: 1. Put the name of article 14 and the first and second subparagraph by the following: ' article 14. National cultural monuments protected cultural monuments, according to their historical, scientific, artistic or other cultural value are broken down into national and local cultural monuments. The Minister of culture shall approve the national protected cultural monuments list as a whole, as well as changes in it.
