The Republic of LATVIA Cabinet of 31 august 1998 Regulation No. 328 in Riga (pr. No 47, § 1) rules on certificates of būvpraks Issued in accordance with article 8 of the law on construction of the second part i. General questions 1. These rules shall determine any natural persons granted, registered and revoke the certificates of būvpraks.
 
2. Physical person may work in one or more construction laid down in article 8 of the law in the areas where it has received the relevant certificate of būvpraks.
 
3. a Person may be eligible to receive a certificate of būvpraks, where it has acquired higher or secondary technical education in architecture, construction or the ģeotehnik specialty and comply with these terms the requirements contained in the annex.
II. the granting of certificates of Būvpraks 4. Būvpraks certificate granted by the Cabinet's authority and the Latvian National Accreditation Bureau in accordance with the standard EN LATAK-EN 45013 accredited certification bodies (hereinafter referred to as a certificate authority) in those areas of activity that the protection of the environment and regional development Ministry recommendation approved by the Cabinet of Ministers.
 
5. Certificate Authority granted the certificates of būvpraks, extending the period of validity of the certificate or revoke the certificates of būvpraks in accordance with the rules for certification, which is consistent with the protection of the environment and regional development Ministry and meets the standard EN-EN 45013.
 
6. the certification body provides a natural person who qualifies to receive the certificate of būvpraks (hereinafter the applicant), to familiarize yourself with the provisions referred to in paragraph 5 of the certification rules.
 
7. Būvpraks certificate is granted for a period of between one and five years, taking into account the applicant's level of education, duration of practice specialty over the last five years, the total duration of practice specialty and the total duration of the construction practice.
 
8. in order to receive the certificate of būvpraks or extend the period of validity of the certificate, the applicant shall submit the corresponding certificate authorities: 8.1 application for certificate or extension of the period of validity of the certificate;
8.2. formal education;
8.3. the applicant's professional experience supporting documents (such as the applicants signed projects and būvekspertīz, būvinspekcij or other legal persons of the applicant issued by the būvpraks of the supporting documents, customer reviews of the applicant's work).
 
9. Within fifteen days from this provision of the document referred to in point 8 of the appearance of the date of submission of the certificate authority hearing and adopt appropriate decisions.
 
10. Certificate Authority enables applicants to familiarize themselves with the certification bodies sitting on the time and place at least seven days before the meeting.
 
11. the certification body shall ensure the recording of meetings, with the certification of sorting and filing related documentation.
 
12. If the documents submitted by the applicant do not have sufficient particulars to decide the question of the granting of the certificate of būvpraks from the tenderer is requested additional information and the application shall be considered as they are received.
 
13. The Person who has been granted a certificate of būvpraks, to be paid before receipt of the registration fee (five lats), including environmental protection and the Ministry of regional development in General, and the fee for certification services. The fee for certification services by matching with the protection of the environment and regional development Ministry is determined by the certificate authority.
 
14. certificate of Būvpraks specifies the following information: 14.1. certificate authorities full name;
14.2. the certified persons name, surname and personal code;
14.3. certified activities;
14.4. date of award of the certificate;
14.5. the period of validity of the certificate;
14.6. the registry number of the certificate.
 
15. The certificate confirmed by the certification authority responsible for the signature and certificate authority stamp.
 
16. the certification body provides certified list of people (the certified persons name, surname and personal code, certified, būvpraks date of award of the certificate, the validity of the certificate and registration number), as well as the amendment is published in the newspaper "Gazette" (amendments shall be published at least every three months, the s).
 
17. Certification Authority may adopt a decision about the cancellation of the certificate of būvpraks, if the certified person violated the relevant laws or other legislation.
 
18. the reasoned decision of refusal to grant a certificate of būvpraks or to extend the period of validity of the certificate, as well as the cancellation of the certificate shall be issued or sent to the person concerned, not later than five days from the date of the decision.
III. certificate of registry Būvpraks 19. Ten days from the date of grant of the certificate of būvpraks certification authority registers the certificate of environmental protection and regional development Ministry certificate of registry in the būvpraks.
 
20. certificate of Būvpraks register contains the following information: 20.1. individuals certified name, surname and personal code;
20.2. certified;
20.3. date of award of the certificate and the period of validity of the certificate;
20.4. register the certificate number, which consists of the protection of the environment and regional development Ministry in a specific certificate authority and the two-digit code number of the certificate by the certification authority.
IV. Closing questions 21. point 4 of these regulations shall enter into force on 1 July 1999.
 
22. By 1 July 1999, the force of this provision shall lapse 5.
