The Republic of Latvia Cabinet of Ministers 1998 8. Regulation No 447 December in Riga (pr. No. 66, § 12.) of the Ministry of the Interior system of ratings and commanding institutions of uniforms and the description of the marks and economic supply rules Issued in accordance with the law "on police" article 26 of the fifth and the first subparagraph of article 32 of the law "on fire" the third subparagraph of article 22 and article 26 of the fifth and the border guard Act article 40 paragraph 6 1. these provisions determined by the Ministry of the Interior system of ratings and commanding institutions of uniforms and the description of the marks (1. and 2.) as well as the economic rules of supply (3, 4, 5 and 6).
2. Persons of the Ministry of the Interior system of the service's institutions are released due to perjury, discipline, failure, having been convicted by a judgment about crime, non-compliance with service or after the election before the time limit laid down in the Treaty, the Minister of the Interior in order to pay the property value of the object of supply in proportion to the depreciation.
3. The Ministry of the Interior system of ratings and commanding institutions formulated economic supply reserves according to the following objectives for national budget allocations are made gradually until it reaches about 50% of the supply of reserves in the financial year.
4. The Ministry of the Interior system of ratings and commanding institutions formulated uniforms carrying provisions and regulations of the Ministry of the Interior system of ratings and commanding institutions of pectoral meanings and tokens confirmed the Interior Minister.
5. these provisions relating to prison administration staff to apply until the date of entry into force of the Penal Enforcement Act.
