The Republic of Latvia Cabinet of Ministers of 29 December 1998 in Regulation No. 481 (Riga. No 69, § 35) the amendment to the law "on State of the Republic of Latvia, Estonian Republic and an axis of the Republic of Lithuania free trade agreement" issued in the Republic of Latvia to the constitutional order of article 81 1. make the law "on the Republic of Latvia, the Republic of Estonia and the Republic of Lithuania free trade agreement" (Latvian Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 1993, no. 35) amended and supplemented by article 4 of the Act by the following: "article 4. Created as part of the agreement the Joint Committee resolutions on changes in Protocol A to the agreement and its provisional application for approval to the Parliament established by the Cabinet of Ministers. "
2. the rules shall enter into force by 1 January 1999.
