The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia, 1999 February 16. Regulation No. 54 (in Riga. Nr. 12, § 18) the amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers on 30 September 1997, Regulation No 338 "of environmental protection and regional development Ministry statement" Issued in accordance with the law of the Ministry of equipment article 5 make Cabinet of 30 September 1997, Regulation No 338 "of environmental protection and regional development Ministry Charter" (Latvian journal, 1997, 1998, 253/254.nr.; 102/105, 289./290.nr.) the following amendments: 1. Express 2.11. subparagraph by the following : "2.11. ensure State control in environmental protection and construction, national expertise in construction, as well as the environmental impact assessment;".
2. Delete 15.1 and 15.22. section.
3. Supplement with 16.5 and 16.6. subparagraph by the following: ' 16.5. The environmental impact assessment State Bureau;
16.6. the Latvian tourism development agency. "
4. Supplement with 17.5 and 17.6. subparagraph by the following: "17.5. non-profit organization public limited liability company" territory development planning centre ";
10.9. the non-profit organization public limited liability company "reactor." "
