The Republic of Latvia Cabinet of 22 June 1999, in Regulation No 221 (in Riga. No 32, § 3.) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers on 30 September 1997, Regulation No 338 "of environmental protection and regional development Ministry statement" Issued in accordance with the law of the Ministry of equipment article 5 1. make a Cabinet of 30 September 1997, Regulation No 338 "of environmental protection and regional development Ministry Charter" (Latvian journal, 1997, 1998, 253/254.nr.; 102/105, 289./290.nr.; 1999, 48./49.nr.) the following amendments : delete paragraph 1.1 1.1., the words "the State of local government";
1.2. deletion of 2.14 and 2.15 point;
1.3. the title of chapter II be expressed by the following: "(II). The protection of the environment and the Minister of regional development and Environment Minister of State competence";
1.4. to replace the words "in paragraph 5.5 of the Minister" with the word "Minister";
1.5. deletion of paragraph 7, the words "State and local Government Minister, who is politically responsible to Parliament for the activities of the Ministry, its strategy and tasks of local issues";
1.6. the deletion of paragraph 9;
1.7. delete paragraph 15.5.;
1.8. to supplement the provisions of this paragraph 17.7: "17.7. Nature Museum."
2. Be declared unenforceable in a Cabinet of 14 April 1998, the provisions of Amendment No 135 "Cabinet of 30 September 1997, Regulation No 338" of environmental protection and regional development Ministry Charter "(Latvian journal, 1998, 102./105.nr.).
