69. Depending on the purpose of the land the following land use determines the coefficients L: 69.1. single-family residential building divģimeņ and building areas-1.00;
EB 69.2. apartment house building area-1.50;
69.3. transaction institutions building areas-4.00;
69.4. mining and quarrying building areas, fishery, farm and fisheries activities in the territories to be used for building, industrial building of objects, as well as agricultural areas and agricultural production service company building areas-2.00;
69.5. governance, health, education, culture, sports, and other public interest object building and construction sites, as well as the traffic infrastructure, civil engineering supply network and object areas-1.30.70. Where the land is located in a building with a multi-purpose, land use factor is calculated as the weighted average of the value of all land use goals. The calculation indicates that the size of the most valuable land use goal raising the inferior land use goals.
 
Vi. Land cadastre value determination special cases using low market value of 71.
