The Republic of Latvia Cabinet of Ministers of February 8. Regulation No. 55 (in Riga. Nr. 7, § 15.) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 8 July 1997 of Regulation No 239 of subsoils "terms of use" Issued in accordance with the law "on Earth" the first article 10, fourth and tenth and fourth part of article 23 to make a Cabinet of 8 July 1997 of Regulation No 239 of subsoils "terms of use" (Latvian journal, 1997, 180./181.nr.) the following amendments: 1. Express an indication on what basis the provisions of the law issued in , by the following: "Issued in accordance with the law" on Earth "the first article 10, fourth and tenth and fourth part of article 23".
2. To replace the words in point 1.3 "license" with the words "permission (license)".
3. Replace the words "in paragraph 1.11. subsoils of license" with the words "the use of the subsoils permission (license)".
4. Replace the words "in paragraph 1.12. subsoils of use license" with the words "the use of the subsoils permission (license)".
5. paragraph 2 shall be expressed as follows: "2. Those rules shall determine the arrangements for the subsoils are issued authorization (license) (hereinafter licence) and common mineral mining permissions (hereinafter referred to as the authorisation), license and permit competition (auction) the General arrangements, geological exploitation, the amount and payment procedures for license and permission."
6. To supplement the provisions under point 2.1, the following: "2.1 these rules are applicable to the national mineral and ore, as well as the national significance of the subsoils, in so far as it nogabal without prejudice to the following provisions of the Cabinet of Ministers: 2.1 1. national mineral and ore, as well as the national significance of the subsoils of using nogabal;
2.1 2. of the activities of prospecting, exploring for and producing hydrocarbons;
3.2.1 of the activities of prospecting, exploring for and producing hydrocarbons licensing competition rules. "
7. Express 34 as follows: "34. National mineral and ore, as well as the national significance of the subsoils nogabal competition (auction) in order to receive the license defines the following cabinet rules: 34.1. national mineral and ore, as well as the national significance of the subsoils of using nogabal;
21.3. of the activities of prospecting, exploring for and producing hydrocarbons;
21.3. of the activities of prospecting, exploring for and producing hydrocarbons licensing competition rules. "
8. Replace paragraph 65, the words "restricted use" with the words "restricted access information".
9. Make the following introductory paragraph 66: "66. Limited availability information is as follows:".
10. Express 9. name the following: "the amount of Earth Science (except hydrocarbons) license of use and frequently occurring mineral mining permissions".
