The Republic of Latvia Cabinet of Ministers of 15 February, Regulation No 60 (Riga. No 8, § 17) real estate appraiser's license (certificate of professional qualifications) order of receipt issued in accordance with the law of mortgage bonds of i. Article 15 General questions 1. these provisions define the real estate appraiser license (certificate of professional qualifications) (hereinafter certificate) the receiving order.

7. a Person wishing to obtain a certificate (hereinafter applicant) shall submit a certification to the Commission the following documents: 7.1 application;
7.2. a copy of the Passport (the presentation of the original or notarized copy);
7.3. a copy of the document (the presentation of the original or notarized copy);
7.4. Description of professional activities;
7.5. last year the real estate valuation work (hereinafter "assessment of the work);
7.6. the two recommendations of the evaluators of certified;
7.7. personal proof that it has not made a criminal offence, the criminal record is deleted or removed in accordance with the procedure prescribed by law.
III. the Certification Commission 8. Certification Commission principles and composition determine the Council of Association shall be approved. The Certification Commission is made up of seven members: three suitably qualified real estate valuation experts, three representatives of the public authorities (one representative of the State land service, the Ministry of finance and the Ministry of the economy) and a representative of the Association. The Certification Commission is valid if its meeting at least four members of the Commission.
9. certification the Commission adopts decisions on granting, cancellation of certificates, and the extension of the period of validity of the certificate suspension.
10. IV. the refusal to grant a certificate 14.  The Association may refuse to grant a certificate, if the applicant does not meet this 14.1.: the rule in paragraph 4;

20. On the certificate of cancellation, suspension or refusal to extend the term of validity of the certificate, the Certification Commission certified person notifies in writing no later than ten days after the decision is taken. 22. the certificate shall be cancelled in the following cases: 22.1. 23. If the certificate is lost, the Association considers it invalid. On the basis of a written application of the person certified on the certificate of loss, the Association shall issue a new certificate, the validity of which is the same as the lost certificate.
24. Information on the assigned, annulled, invalid certificates and certificate suspension Association publishes the newspaper "journal".
25. The Certification Commission decision on the refusal to grant a certificate, the certificate revocation, certificate suspension or refusal to extend the period of validity of the certificate may appeal to a Court of law.
VII. Closing questions 26. Fee for certification services by matching with the Ministry of finance determines the Association, cost calculation shall include the cost of production of the certificate and the Certification Commission members pay.

28. Persons who have received a certificate to the date of entry into force of provisions, six months from the entry into force of these regulations shall submit in writing to the Association of the day the application for the renewal of the certificate. The application shall indicate the name, address and social security number, as well as the certificate number and date of issue.
29. the deadline not re-registered certificates shall be void.
