Nr. 16, § 15.) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers on 7 September 1999, regulations No. 318 "order in which deductions to the privatisation Agency for State property privatisation, create objects and consumed its reserve fund and payments to State and municipal property privatisation funds and State budget" Issued in accordance with the law "About taxes and duties" of the thirteenth article 24, the law "on State and municipal property privatisation of object" article 11 of the first and the third part and the law "on State and municipal property privatisation funds" article 5 1. make Cabinet of 7 September 1999, regulations No. 318 "order in which deductions to the privatisation Agency for State property privatisation, create objects and consumed its reserve fund and payments to State and municipal property privatisation funds and State budget" (Latvian journal, 1999, 317./318.nr.) the following amendments: 1. to supplement paragraph 5 with the following text: "If the content is then made on the new object to levying agency being sold for deductions (for example , on the privatisation), the Agency adjusted the municipal property privatisation fund payable amounts, respectively, reducing the payable amounts to the municipality for the privatization of other objects. If the other object is not privatisation payable amounts may be reduced by the amount of the excess shall be borne by the Agency from the reserve fund. "
1.2. the deletion of the second sentence of subparagraph 8.5;
1.3. to supplement the provisions under section 8.7. by the following: "8.7. deductions for stock sales auctions public offer for privatisation certificates.";
1.4. to supplement paragraph 13 follows the words "budget of the deductions" by the words "and other cabinet orders a down payment";
1.5. deletion of paragraph 19, the number and the word "1999";
1.6. to supplement paragraph 5 of the annex, with the following content: "Note. If the auction nosolīt is adjusted sales price is adjusted accordingly after the deduction of the calculated amount regulations. "
2. Be declared unenforceable in the Cabinet of 27 June 1995, Regulation No 172 "privatisation agency reserve fund provisions of the use of" (Latvian journal, 1995, nr. 101).
