The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia of 2 May 2000, in Regulation No 165 (in Riga. Nr. 20, 8. §) rules and complex pressure equipment directive issued in accordance with the law "on conformity assessment" article 7 General questions 1. terms used in the rules: 1.1.  pipelines, pipe, including flexible and flexible hoses, pipe or pipe system, connecting elements, dividers, widening compounds and other elements that are connected together and designed for fluid handling system that is subject to pressure. The pipeline is considered also the coolant air for cooling or heating, which consists of pipes;
1.2. safety device — a device designed to protect pressure equipment against the allowable limits of pressure;
1.3. the complex: individual pressure equipment, which the manufacturer is assembled so that they form a single functional unit;
1.4. maximum allowable pressure (PS), maximum pressure in bars, one is designed for pressure equipment and that specified by the manufacturer;
1.5. maximum permissible temperature (TS): the maximum or minimum temperature ° C, which is designed for pressure equipment and specified by the manufacturer;
1.6. the nominal size (DN)-sized numeric value (with dimensions of manufacture loosely related integer, easy-to-use references, indicated by the letters DNA, followed by a number), which is common to all components in the pipeline system, except for the component specified with the outer diameter or the thread size;
1.7. flowing substance: gas, liquid and steam clean phase as well as mixtures thereof (flowing substance can also contain suspended solid particles);
1.8. the pressure device — a device with a control function to maintain a specific pressure in the pressure equipment;
1.9. pressure equipment: vessels, piping, safety accessories and pressure devices, as well as the elements attached to the pressure surfaces (for example, couplings, tips, connection, support);
1.10. the pressure in the pressure equipment internal pressure: relative to the external atmospheric pressure, i.e. the manometric pressure (vacuum pressure down with negative value);
1.11. tank-tank up to the point of connection with other equipment (including security and pressure device), which is designed and built to contain fluids under pressure. The tank can consist of several cameras;
1.12. the volume (V): the internal volume of the tank in litres (l), including pup volume to the first connection or weld and excluding the tank permanent internal parts.
2. Those rules shall determine the pressure equipment and the complex design and manufacturing of essential requirements and procedures for monitoring compliance with these requirements, as well as the pressure equipment and the complex conformity assessment and market surveillance procedures so that when properly installed, maintained and use of pressure equipment and assemblies, prevent threats to human health, life and the environment or the public interest.
3. These provisions shall not apply to transactions with: 3.1. pressure equipment directive and the package that the maximum pressure is less than 0.5 bar;
3.2. the pipes (starting with the most recent closing of pressure equipment), provided for in the fluid from the transmission or on structures and mechanisms, as well as all auxiliary equipment, specially designed for these pipelines. This exception does not apply to standard pressure equipment directive, for example, pressure vessels, reservoirs, and other similar equipment installed for pressure reduction (reduction) or compressor stations;
3.3. stream waterways (for example, spiedvad, spiedtuneļ, spiedstobr of hydroelectric power) and their respective devices;
3.4. equipment set out in the laws of simple pressure vessels;
3.5. equipment set out in the laws on aerosol cans;
3.6. vehicle equipment safety is governed by the laws on the car and it: 3.6.1. trailer type-approval;
3.6.2. for agricultural and forestry tractors on conformity assessment;
3.6.3. two or three-wheel motor vehicle conformity assessment;
3.7. equipment in accordance with these rules 12, 13 and 17 of the conditions cannot be classified as category I and higher security is governed by the laws on: 3.7.1. machine safety;
3.7.2. elevators;
3.7.3. electrical safety of equipment;
3.7.4. medical devices;
3.7.5. the installations that use gaseous fuels;
3.7.6. explosive atmospheres-use of equipment and protective systems;
3.8. the arms, munitions and war material;
3.9. equipment designed for use in a nuclear accident which may result in the release of radioactive materials;
3.10. the well control equipment used in the petroleum, gas or geothermal mining and exploration, as well as underground storage pressure maintenance and/or control;
3.11. equipment containing shell or mechanisms that the size, material and construction, to determine the sufficient strength, rigidity and stability requirements to withstand the load arising from the following operating, and that pressure is not the determining factor in the design (for example, engines, turbines and internal combustion engines also, steam engines, gas or steam turbines, turbine generator, compressors, pumps and actuating devices);
3.12. blast furnaces (including the furnace cooling), the karstpūšam recoverers, dust Extractor, and blast-furnace exhaust-gas cleaners, direct reducing cupolas (including the furnace cooling), gas convectors and cups steel and non-ferrous metals shall, de-gassing and quenching;
3.13 built-in high-voltage electrical equipment (such as switchgear, control gear, transformers, rotating machines);
3.14. communication system with pipes, pressure (such as electrical and telephone cables);
3.15. ships, rockets, aircraft and mobile (floating) natural resources mining platforms, as well as equipment, specially designed for connection with these platforms;
3.16. the pressure equipment directive, consisting of a flexible envelope (such as tires, game balls, inflatable boats and other similar pressure equipment directive);
3.17. the engine intake and exhaust silencer;
3.18. bottles or containers designed for carbonated drinks for direct;
3.19. the containers for the transport and distribution of drinks having a maximum allowable pressure (PS) not exceeding seven bars and PS and V is not more than 500 bars x l; 3.20. equipment set out in international agreements on the transport of dangerous goods by road;
3.21. the equipment laid down in international agreements on the transport of dangerous goods by rail;
3.22. the equipment laid down in international agreements on the transport of dangerous goods by international waters;
3.23. the facilities established by international agreements on civil aviation;
3.24. radiators and pipes for hot water heating systems;
3.25. vessels designed to contain liquids with a gas pressure above the liquid level of not more than 0.5 bar.
4. Pressure equipment and assemblies which contain at least one of these rules, 12.2 or 12.3 12.1. pressure equipment referred to in paragraph (a), must comply with the rules laid down in Chapter 3 of the essential safety requirements.
5. Warm water (if the temperature does not exceed 110 ° C) pressure equipment intended for the manufacture of complex where the solid fuel is fed by hand and for which the product of PS and V is greater than 50 bar x l must comply with this rule 42, 43, 44, 45, 46, 55, 54, 56, and 64.4 in 64.1 laid down the essential safety requirements.

8. Pressure equipment and assemblies are considered appropriate for these rules laid down in Chapter 3 of the essential safety requirements, if they are made in accordance with the requirements of the applicable standards, and if these requirements are certified with the attestation of conformity procedures.
9. The Ministry of welfare is responsible for submitting proposals for the Cabinet of Ministers competent for the accreditation of conformity assessment bodies, which according to the requirements of this Regulation shall assess pressure equipment pressure equipment and materials, the manufacturer's quality system for compliance (hereinafter referred to as the authorized institution).
10. the conformity assessment bodies to assess the conformity of the pressure equipment the mandate or to issue a material used in the manufacture of pressure equipment approval (hereinafter material approval) if it provides the following minimum requirements:

10.1. the body, its Director and the staff responsible for the pressure equipment or materials on conformity assessment and certification procedures, do not have this pressure equipment or materials, the designer, manufacturer, supplier, installer or user, or that person's authorized representative. Exchange of technical information between the manufacturer, its authorized representative or the importer and the authorized institution is permitted;
6.3. the notified body shall be responsible for the professional, fair and technically competent conformity assessment and certification procedures. It is free from any influences (including financial), which might influence their judgement or the results of the inspection. This applies particularly to the assessment results, the interested parties;
10.3. the institution has adequate staff and technical equipment to be able to perform properly the technical and administrative tasks connected with inspection and surveillance procedures;
10.4. the staff responsible for the checks is: 10.4.1. appropriate professional and technical training;
10.4.2. sufficient knowledge of inspection procedures and experience in the implementation of the checks;
10.4.3. skills review, report and certificate in design;
10.5. the institution of the staff remuneration does not depend on the amount of the checks or tests and results;
10.6. the institution shall insure its liability for the results of work which it is empowered to make;
10.7. the institution staff respect the confidentiality and do not disclose information which it acquired their professional tasks, except for the information that an official request to the authorities in accordance with these rules and regulations shall monitor and control of pressure equipment and assemblies.
11. Latvian National Accreditation Bureau, which appreciated the competence of notified bodies regularly checks that the rules set out in paragraph 10 of the requirements.
2. Pressure equipment and assemblies of pressure equipment classified 12. classify the following: 12.1. tanks (other than specified in point 12.2) provided: 12.1.1. gases, liquefied gases, the pressure affect dissolved gases, vapours and liquids whose vapour pressure at the maximum temperature is greater than 0.5 bar TS above normal atmospheric pressure (1013 mbar), and which are characterized by the following indicators: 12.1.1.1. tank shifting group I substances having a capacity greater than a liter and a product of PS and V greater than 25 bar x l or pressure PS greater than 200 bar (annex 1);
12.1.1.2. tank Group II substances, shifting of capacity greater than a liter and a product of PS and V greater than 50 bar x l or pressure PS greater than 1000 bar, and all portable extinguishers and cylinders for breathing apparatus (Figure 2 of annex 1);
12.1.2. liquids whose vapour pressure at the maximum allowable temperature of not more than TSES 0.5 bar above normal atmospheric pressure (1013 mbar), and which are characterized by the following indicators: 12.1.2.1. tank group I substances, shifting of capacity greater than a liter and a product of PS and V greater than 200 bar × l or pressure PS greater than 500 bar regardless of the volume (Figure 3 of annex 1);
12.1.2.2. tank Group II substances, where the shifting pressure PS greater than 10 bar and a product of PS and V greater than 10000 bar x l or pressure PS greater than 1000 bar regardless of the volume (Figure 4 of annex 1);
12.2. fired or otherwise heated pressure equipment (which may risk overheating) steam or superheated water (if the temperature exceeds 110 ° C), with a capacity of greater than two litres, and all household pressure cookers (annex 5);
12.3. pipelines: 12.3.1. gases, liquefied gases, the pressure affect dissolved gases, vapours and liquids having a vapour pressure of maximum allowable temperature is greater than 0.5 bar TS above normal atmospheric pressure (1013 mbar) and characterized by the following indicators: 12.3.1.1. pipelines for shifting group I substances whose DN greater than 25 (annex 6);
12.3.1.2. pipelines for shifting in Group II substances whose DN greater than 32 and a product of PS and DN greater than 1000 bar (Figure 7 of annex 1;)
12.3.2. pipelines for liquids having a vapour pressure of maximum allowable temperature TS must not be greater than 0.5 bar above normal atmospheric pressure (1013 mbar) and characterized by the following indicators: 12.3.2.1. pipelines group I substances whose shifting DN greater than 25 and a product of PS and DN greater than 2 000 bar (annex 8, Figure 1);
12.3.2.2. pipelines Group II substances, where the shifting pressure PS greater than 10 bar, a DN greater than 200 and a product of PS and DN greater than 5000 bar (Figure 9, annex 1);
12.4. the safety devices this rule 12.1, 12.2 and 12.3 in those pressure equipment directive, if this pressure equipment is built into the package: 12.4.1. devices for direct pressure limitation (such as safety valves, safety sheets (membrane) the safety devices, buckling rods, controlled safety pressure relief systems);

13. the complex pressure equipment shall be classified as follows: 13.1. assemblies intended for steam or superheated water (if the temperature exceeds 110 ° C), which include at least one item of fired or otherwise heated pressure equipment for which the risk of overheating is possible);
13.2. other assemblies that are not specified in paragraph 13.1. If the manufacturer, his authorized representative or the importer intends to offer on the market and putting into use as complexes.
14. to classify the pressure equipment, flowing substances are classified in two groups: Group I includes 14.1 flowing substances regulations specific for: 14.1.1. explosive;
14.1.2. extremely flammable;
14.1.3. flammable;
14.1.4. flammable;
14.1.5. very toxic;
14.1.6. toxic;
14.1.7. oxidizing;
14.2. Group II includes other fluid substances.
15. This provision specified in point 12 of the pressure equipment are classified into categories according to the degree of risk, providing that the category I is the lowest risk (annex 1).
16. Safety devices included in category IV, except where such devices are made specifically for the equipment they protect. The safety devices allowed to include in the same category as the pressure equipment protected.
17. pressure devices are classified according to their maximum allowable pressure PS and the volume V or nominal size DN and the fluid contained in the group for which they are intended, with the corresponding tanks or pipeline chart to determine the conformity assessment category.
18. If the pressure device may be categorized both by volume and pressure, on the basis of the classification select the size, after which the device is to be granted a higher category.
19. If the tank comprises several cameras, it is the category that corresponds to your camera with the greatest dangers. If the camera contains several fluids, classification of the substances on the basis of the choice of the substance which is the highest in the group.
20. Pressure equipment and assemblies which is lower or equal to the 12 and 13 of the rules laid down in point, designed and manufactured in accordance with good practice, i.e. technology, using the industry's professional recommend production technology. Pressure equipment and assemblies shall be marked accordingly and shall be accompanied by instructions for use in order to identify the person who offers the pressure equipment or assemblies on the market. This pressure equipment and assemblies may not be labelled with the CE mark.
3. the pressure equipment directive and the essential for the complex security requirements 3.1 General requirements 21. Pressure equipment shall be designed, manufactured, tested and installed in accordance with these regulations, the manufacturer's instructions and the foreseeable conditions of use for the operation of the pressure equipment, launching their use, would be safe.
22. the pressure equipment manufacturer chooses the appropriate solutions in the following order: 22.1. eliminate or minimize the threat of accidents;
22.2. take adequate protection measures if the risk of an accident is not entirely preventable;
22.3. inform users about the possible threat of an accident and indicate what measures are necessary to reduce the accident risk to pressure equipment installation and/or use.
23. the manufacturer predicts pressure equipment are false and designed pressure equipment so as to avoid the danger that can lead to their misuse. If this is not possible, provide the appropriate warnings, which prohibits the use of pressure equipment this way.
3.2. the pressure equipment design 24. Designing pressure equipment, analysed and evaluated with pressure-related risk factors to the use of pressure equipment is safe throughout the foreseeable use.

25. Designing adequate safety coefficients and followed generally accepted practices that are specified in the relevant thresholds to prevent serious errors.
26. the pressure equipment shall be designed with adequate strength and design in respect of load that corresponds to its expected use and other conditions in which the equipment will be used, taking into account in particular: 26.1. internal or external pressure;
26.2. the ambient and operating temperatures;
26.3. static pressure and pressure equipment, the weight of the contents of a working and inspection;
26.4. the external load (e.g. transport, wind, earthquake);
26.5. reaction forces and moments due to AIDS, accessories, piping URu.tml.;
16.5. corrosion and erosion, fatigue URu.tml.;
16.6. unstable fluid decomposition.
27. the calculation of the load, take into account the provisions of paragraph 26 of the simultaneous effects of assignment opportunity.

Design, using a formula.
30.1.2. Design based on analysis;
30.1.3. designing based on disruptive mechanics;
30.2. the pressure equipment must have sufficient resistance: calculation pressure 30.2.1. be not less than the maximum pressure, account has been taken of the excess static, dynamic fluid pressures and the decomposition of the fluid. If the tank is split into individual pressure-containing Chambers, the separating wall strength is calculated on the basis of the highest possible chamber pressure relative to the lowest pressure of adjacent cells;
30.2.2. calculating temperatures provide sufficient safety limit values;
30.2.3. designing followed all possible combinations of temperature and pressure, which can occur in a facility under the foreseeable conditions of use;
30.2.4. voltage and voltage maximum concentration values are safe;
30.2.5. pressure resistance used in the calculation of the values that correspond to the characteristics of materials, the documented data, having regard to the provisions of section 3.4 requirements and appropriate safety coefficients. The following material characteristics: strength, yield 30.2.5.1.0.2% or 1.0% of checks the strength calculation temperature;
30.2.5.2. tensile strength;
30.2.5.3. creep;
30.2.5.4. the value of fatigue;
30.2.5.5. Jung module (the module of elasticity);
30.2.5.6. the relevant size of plastic deformation;
30.2.5.7. impact resistance;
30.2.5.8. tenacity against fractures;
30.2.6. use the appropriate connection coefficients of the materials (for example, depending on the type of non-destructive testing, the materials joined and the foreseeable conditions of use);
30.2.7. project provides all the potential strength of the graujošo factors (e.g. corrosion, creep, fatigue) commensurate with the anticipated use of the equipment. 54. 31. Experimental design method is based on the testing program, which is carried out by: 31.1. one copy of the pressure equipment or pressure equipment group;
31.2. clearly reflect the testing programme, approved by the notified body which carried out the assessment of conformity of the project;
31.3. define test conditions and acceptance criteria;
19.5. the test run time provides the opportunity to assess critical areas of pressure equipment with suitable instruments for determining deformation and voltage;
31.5. includes the following tests: 31.5.1. strength test with pressure to see if the pressure does not cause leaks and significant deformation exceeding a certain limit (subject to security limits to maximum pressure). The test pressure shall be determined on the basis of the testing time for differences between the characteristics of geometric and material values and the values that are in the project. Observe the differences between the test and design temperatures;
31.5.2. tests of the risk of creep or fatigue detection equipment provided for conditions of use (for example, the behavior of the specified temperatures, number of cycles at the specified voltage level);
31.5.3. test other rules referred to in paragraph 26 of the factors (such as corrosion, external damage).
32. the pressure equipment provides a service to prevent the foreseeable threat of accidents during the use of the pressure equipment, particularly respecting: 32.1. and close the openings;
32.2. dangerous pressure in the exhaust area;
32.3. elements that prevent access to places where there is an increased pressure or vacuum;
32.4. the surface temperature, taking into account the expected use;
32.5. the unstable fluid decomposition.
33. Pressure equipment, construction of which is in the open (door), fitted with an automatic or manually-operated device that allows the user to easily make sure that open (the door) open does not endanger user safety. 34. the pressure equipment shall be designed and constructed so as to be able to perform all the necessary checks and to ensure its security.
35. If the pressure equipment must be defined in the internal situation in order to verify the safety of pressure equipment, construction provides appropriate means (for example, here) that allows you to get into the inside of the pressure equipment and safe and ergonomically to perform the appropriate checks.

37.2. the equipment cleaning, inspection and maintenance can be carried out safely.
38. in the light of the conditions of use laid down, pressure equipment elements constructed with appropriate clearances or protect against corrosion or other chemical exposure.
39. where pressure equipment use is expected during its elements and/or erosion wear: 24.3. take appropriate measures to reduce it (for example, by increasing the thickness of the material, or by using suitable materials or inlays);
24.4. provides the most affected parts replacement;
39.3. This provision referred to in paragraph 54 in the instructions for use contain the requirements for the safe use of pressure equipment.
40. the pressure equipment complexes designed to: connect to 24.9. ingredients are safe and suitable for the intended use;

41. the pressure equipment design provides for special devices or add these devices to enable pressure equipment can safely be recharged and empty it, taking particular account of the threat, which can cause: 25.5. during filling, the temperature of the excess, overfilling, instability;
41.2. during emptying, uncontrolled pressure existing fluid being expelled;

42. If possible use the allowable limits of pressure equipment, the parameters in the design of the protection device or devices, if the equipment is not protected by other devices within a complex pressure equipment.

43. Protection devices or combinations of such devices is selected based on the pressure equipment or assemblies of pressure equipment characterisation. Pressure equipment needed: 43.1. safety devices;

45. Pressure limiting devices shall be so designed that the pressure will not exceed the maximum allowable pressure PS, except transient pressure surge of 10% of the maximum allowable pressure.
46. Temperature controlling devices must have compatible reaction time, which bring to the measuring function.
47. If necessary, pressure equipment so the project (and provided with suitable devices or provided with special instructions) to open fire (flames) does not create a risk of accidents, in particular by ensuring the proper use of pressure equipment in such conditions.
3.3. Pressure equipment making 48. the manufacturer using the appropriate techniques and procedures to ensure full execution of the project, especially given that the component elements: 29.9. preparation (such as forming, gropēšan) may not cause defects, cracks or material changes of mechanical properties that can relieve the pressure equipment safety;
48.2. connecting material and have no connection to external (surface) or internal defects that may impair the safety of pressure equipment;
48.3. the connections can be disconnected without material not subversive methods (permanent connection), ensure compliance with the minimum requirements laid down in the incompatible materials, if not in the calculation of the project specific requirements;
30.1. pressure equipment, which is in direct pressure, and ingredients that they directly attached permanent connection is carried out by qualified personnel in accordance with the appropriate procedures. Category II, III and IV of the pressure equipment directive these procedures, as well as the qualifications of the personnel concerned, by the competent institution empowered;

49. 51. Depending on the type of pressure equipment shall bear the following information, which requires the type of pressure equipment for safe installation, use, maintenance and periodic inspection of pressure equipment: 51.1. V (liters);
51.2. piping nominal size DN;
51.3. the test pressure PT (bars) and date;
51.4. the safety devices set pressure (in bars);
51.5. pressure equipment in the outgoing power (kW);
51.6. electric power network voltage (V);
32.1. the purpose of the intended use;
32.2. the filling degree (in kg/l);
51.9. maximum fill weight (kg);
51.10. tare weight (kg);
51.11. flowing substances (under 14).
52. If necessary, to pressure equipment shall be placed, also clearly legible pictograms and warning signs to ensure the correct use of pressure equipment.
53. these provisions of the CE marking and paragraphs 50 and 51 above, the information written directly on the pressure equipment or on pressure equipment firmly attached to the plate, except in the following cases: 53.1. to avoid marking of pressure equipment if they intended to combine complex, the information in the technical dossier;
53.2. where pressure equipment or equipment is not large, this provision of the information specified in paragraph 51 shall be indicated on the label attached to that pressure equipment which.
54. If the pressure equipment on the market, it is necessary to use the official language of instruction, which contains the required security information about: 54.1. Assembly, including individual pressure equipment items;
54.2. commencement of the use;

55. the package leaflet shall contain the information specified for pressure equipment in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 50 and 51 above (except for the series), as well as add technical documentation, drawings, charts and calculations, if it helps to understand the instructions for use.
56. The instructions warn about the threat of accidents which may occur when pressure equipment is used incorrectly (23), and indicates the specific design features (30.2.7).

58. Materials intended for use in pressurized surfaces must be: 58.1. with appropriate characteristics under all foreseeable conditions of use and inspection;
58.2. sufficiently flexible, tough, and, where necessary, steel characteristics must comply with this rule 71. If specific reasons brittle material is used, take appropriate measures to prevent this tearing the material;
58.3. enough with the chemical pressure equipment in the existing substances. The chemical and physical properties of the preparation necessary for the safe use of pressure equipment, the foreseeable use of the pressure equipment may not change significantly;

58.5. suitable for the intended processing procedures;
58.6. so as to avoid unwanted effects, which can arise by connecting different materials.
59. the pressure equipment manufacturer: 59.1. determine the values required for the calculation of the project, in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 30, as well as material characteristics in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 58;
59.2. the technical documentation shall specify the particulars of material compliance with the requirements of this Regulation: 59.2.1. by using materials which comply with the applicable standards;
59.2.2. using materials that have approval for materials;
59.2.3. using a special material evaluation categories III and IV pressure equipment directive shall be carried out by the notified body for pressure equipment conformity assessment procedures.
60. The materials that are used in welding or other connecting elements, these rules only apply to 59.1 in.
61. the manufacturer of pressure equipment shall take appropriate measures to ensure the compliance of the materials used in the manufacture of the requirements of the project. All materials needed for the materials prepared by the manufacturer of the documents that contain the material in compliance with the requirements of the project. Materials that are used in the manufacture of pressure parts II, III and IV in the categories of pressure equipment, you need a certificate of compliance with this provision of the materials.

3.6. Additional requirements for pipelines (certainly this provision in subparagraph 12.3.) 65. Pipeline project and design: 65.1. voltage control of the pipelines by appropriate means (for example, by supporting, forcing, anchor, and previously regulated the pretension), if the voltage of any permissive play or manufacturing process (residual voltage, such as coupling, or hose connections);
65.2. appropriate means for cleaning and removal of deposits from low areas to avoid damage that may cause hydraulic shock or corrosion, if is possible the emergence of a gaseous condensate from flowing substances inside of pipelines;
65.3. with due regard to the potential damages caused by turbulent flow;
65.4. due attention to material fatigue, the pipeline caused by vibration;
65.5. useful features that help to disconnect the drain pipe if the pipe contains a fluid substance in Group I and it can lead to an accident;
65.6. clear indication of emptying of the pipeline area and the products that contain the pipeline to reduce the danger, which can cause rough; emptying of the pipeline
65.7. the technical documentation shall contain information on the underground pipeline system housings and direction, to facilitate pipeline system maintenance, inspection or repair.
3.7. 41.3. aluminium – 2/3 of Re/t;
66.6. aluminum alloy, except sediment precipitation hardening alloys, 2/3 of Re/t and 5/12 of Rm/20.67. Permissible voltage labels are as follows: 67.1. Re/t — tensile limit calculation temperature: 67.1.1., the upper yield point, the value of materials which are of lower and upper yield stress;
67.1.2. the strength test for value 1.0% of austenitic steel and non-alloyed aluminium;
0.2% strength 67.1.3. value of other test materials;
67.2. Rm/20-strength limits the minimum value of 20 ° C; 67.3. Rm/t, the limit of strength calculation temperature.
68. Welded joints connecting factor must not exceed the following values (respecting the type and connection voltage the mechanical and technological characteristics): 68.1. equipment connections are carried out disruptive and non-destructive testing, certifying that all the connection sequence has no significant defects: 1;

70. 70.2. maximum allowable pressure multiplied by the coefficient 1.43.71. 4. Conformity assessment procedures 4.1 General requirements 72. before pressure equipment in the market, the manufacturer, his authorized representative or the importer each copy of pressure equipment are subject to one of these rules laid down in Chapter 4. conformity assessment procedures (modules).

45.6. (IV) category: module B + D or B + F, or G module module, or the module H1.
74. If, in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 75 of the pressure equipment may be subject to different procedures, the manufacturer, his authorized representative or the importer chooses one of the conformity assessment procedures laid down in the category of pressure equipment. The manufacturer, his authorized representative or the importer may also choose a higher category determine the procedure, if it considers it appropriate.
75. category III and IV pressure equipment directive, referred to in this provision, and 12.1.1.12.1.2.1 12.2., quality assurance procedures notified body shall assess the conformity of the pressure equipment, using unannounced visitors, choose the method of sample pressure equipment manufacturing site or warehouse this provision set out in paragraph 30.6. strength tests. 76. Pressure equipment complexes are subject to general conformity assessment procedure, which assess: 76.1. each of these rules referred to in paragraph 12, the complex pressure equipment if this pressure equipment has not been subject to conformity assessment procedures, and is not marked with the CE marking in accordance with these rules. The evaluation procedure shall be determined in accordance with the pressure equipment samples of each category;
76.2. individual components (such as piping, devices) into the complex in accordance with the provisions of 32, 40 and 41, the assessment carried out by the highest category applicable to any of the pressure equipment directive;
76.3. complex protection against exceeding the allowable limits of use in accordance with this provision, 44, 45, 46 and 30.6., assessment is carried out by the highest category applicable to any of the designated pressure equipment samples.
77. the conformity assessment body shall submit the conformity assessment documentation in the national language or in another language acceptable to the notified body.
4.2. internal inspection by the manufacturer (module A) 78. Module A description of the conformity assessment procedure whereby the manufacturer or its authorised representative ensures and declares that pressure equipment in compliance with the regulations, each copy of the pressure equipment shall be marked with the CE marking and draws up a declaration of conformity.

79. the manufacturer draws up the rules laid down in paragraph 80 of the technical documentation. The manufacturer or his authorised representative shall ensure market surveillance authorities access to this documentation for 10 years after the last of the pressure equipment manufacturing. If the pressure equipment manufacturer or its authorized representative is not in Latvia, the obligation to keep the technical documentation is the person of pressure equipment on the market.
80. the technical documentation shall include the following information on the pressure equipment design, manufacture and use of pressure equipment, necessary for conformity assessment in accordance with the requirements of this Regulation: 80.1. General description of the pressure equipment;
80.2. exploded view drawing of the structure, components, Assembly unit drawings drawings and other work required drawings and diagrams;
49.9. This provision is 80.2. referred to drawings and diagrams and of the operation descriptions and explanations;
80.4. full or partial list of applicable standards used, but if these standards are not used, appropriate solution description, used in order to comply with this provision essential safety requirements;
80.5. design calculations and of the inspections carried out and the test results;
50.1. test reports.
81. a copy of the Declaration of conformity, the manufacturer or its authorised representative shall keep with the technical documentation.
82. the manufacturer shall take all measures necessary in order that the manufacturing process ensures compliance of the manufactured pressure equipment with the requirements of these provisions and 80. technical documentation referred to in paragraph 1.
4.3. internal manufacturing inspection and monitoring of the final assessment (module Aa) 83. Aa module module A are complied with and the following additional requirements: 83.1. final assessment of the pressure equipment manufacturer who, through unannounced visits, the method chosen by the manufacturer of the monitor the authorized institution;
51.7. the notified body shall verify that the manufacturer make the final assessment of the pressure equipment properly and under this provision, paragraph 49, and choose the pressure equipment samples manufacture or storage of the required tests.
84. the notified body shall establish the necessary tests of samples of pressure equipment and make a final assessment or ensure that it is carried out, as well as determine whether the final evaluation requires all or only part of the pressure equipment directive.
85. If one or more instances of pressure equipment does not meet the requirements of these provisions, the notified body shall take appropriate measures to remedy the non-compliance.
86. the notified body shall be responsible to the manufacturer for each copy of the pressure equipment the notified body identification number.
4.4. Type-examination (module B) 87. B module describes the part of a conformity assessment procedure in which an authorized institution shall verify and confirm (certified) that the successful model of pressure equipment meets the requirements of these regulations.
88. in order to carry out the type-examination, the manufacturer or his authorised representative choose one of the notified bodies shall be: 88.1. application, which referred to the name and address of the manufacturer, but if the application is lodged by the authorized representative, its name and address;
88.2. written notification that such application has not been lodged with any other notified body;
88.3. This provision set out in paragraph 90 of the technical documentation.
89. The applicant shall lodge with the notified body of the pressure equipment concerned held a representative sample (hereinafter type). The notified body may request further specimens if required testing program. Type may cover several versions of the pressure equipment provided that the differences between them does not affect the level of safety of the pressure equipment.
90. the technical documentation shall include the following information on the pressure equipment design, manufacture and use of pressure equipment, necessary for conformity assessment in accordance with the requirements of this Regulation: 90.1. General description of the type;
90.2. exploded view drawing of the structure, components, Assembly unit drawings drawings and other work required drawings and diagrams;
90.3. this rule 90.2. drawings referred, diagrams and pressure equipment operations descriptions and explanations;
90.4. full or partial list of applicable standards used, but if these standards are not used, appropriate solution description, used in order to comply with this provision essential safety requirements;
90.5. the design calculations, and of the pābauž trial results;
56.3. news on manufacturing during the tests to be carried out;
56.4. details of qualifications or qualifications approved under this provision and 30.1 30.1...
90.8. test reports.
91. the notified institution: 91.1. examine the technical documentation, verify (verify) that is made in accordance with that documentation, and identifying the elements, designed according to the requirements of applicable standards, as well as the items not designed with these standards. In particular, check: 91.1.1. technical documentation relating to the design and the manufacturing procedures;
91.1.2. do not use materials that do not conform to the applicable standards or have not received the approval of materials, as well as examine the material provided by the manufacturer (in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 61) materials;
91.1.3. pressure equipment or parts of the connection procedures are approved in accordance with the provisions of section 30.1.;
91.1.4. or the staff who performed the part of pressure equipment and sagraujošo tests, is not qualified or qualification is approved in accordance with this rule and section 30.1 30.1.;
91.2. take the appropriate examinations and necessary tests or ensure, in order to determine whether the manufacturer's selected solution meets this provision essential safety requirements, the manufacturer does not use any applicable standards;
91.3. take the appropriate examinations and necessary tests or ensure, in order to determine whether the manufacturer has used those standards for which it has declared;
accordance with manufacturer 91.4. location where testing and any necessary tests.
92. Where the type meets the requirements of this regulation, an authorized institution shall issue a type-examination certificate to the applicant.
93. The certificate shall state the name and address of the manufacturer, testing, and the necessary data for identification of the approved type. The validity period is ten years, and is renewable.
94. the certificate shall be accompanied by a list of the relevant parts of the technical documentation. It stores a copy of the authorized institution.
95. If the notified body decides not to issue a type-examination certificate, it shall provide a reasoned refusal of the manufacturer or his authorised representative. The notified body shall indicate in the decision the appeal against the refusal.
96. Of all the modifications that have been made to the pressure equipment directive, the scope of the inspection certificate, the manufacturer shall inform the notified body that holds the type-examination certificate with the associated technical documentation.
97. If the modifications may affect pressure equipment conformity with the essential safety requirements or change the conditions of use, the manufacturer for them to receive additional evidence. It is served as an addition to the original type-examination certificate.
98. the notified body shall inform the market surveillance authorities of the type-examination certificates and additions which it has withdrawn, and (upon reasoned request) for those which it has issued. The notified body shall inform the other notified bodies concerning the type-examination certificates and additions which it has withdrawn, and of those which it has refused to issue.
99. The other notified bodies may request copies of type-examination certificates and/or their additions. Certificate supplements should be available to the other notified bodies.
100. the manufacturer or his authorised representative shall ensure market surveillance authorities the technical documentation and the type-examination certificate and its additions copies ten years after the last of the pressure equipment manufacturing. If the pressure equipment manufacturer or its authorized representative is not in Latvia, the obligation to keep the technical documentation is the person of pressure equipment on the market.
4.5. project (module B1) 101. B1 module describes the part of a conformity assessment procedure in which an authorized institution shall verify and confirm (certified) that the pressure equipment or its components the project complies with the requirements of these regulations.
102. the examination of the project must not be used in this rule referred to in paragraph 31, the experimental design method.
103. in order to carry out the examination of the project, the manufacturer or his authorised representative choose one of the notified bodies shall be: 103.1. application, which referred to the name and address of the manufacturer, but if the application is lodged by the authorized representative, its name and address;
103.2. written notification that such application has not been lodged with any other notified body;
103.3.105. these rules laid down in the technical documentation.
104. the application may be sent in respect of more than one of the same type of pressure equipment provided that the differences between the versions do not affect the level of safety of the pressure equipment.

105. the technical documentation shall include the following information on the pressure equipment design, manufacture and use of pressure equipment, necessary for conformity assessment in accordance with the requirements of this Regulation: 105.1. General description of the pressure equipment;
an exploded view drawing of 105.2., part of the drawing, assembly drawings and other units of the necessary working drawings and diagrams;
105.3. this rule 105.2. drawings referred, diagrams and pressure equipment operations descriptions and explanations;
105.4. full or partial list of applicable standards used, but if these standards are not used, appropriate solution description, used in order to comply with this provision essential safety requirements;
105.5. additional attestations required project compliance solution, especially if the applicable standards are not used in full. Additional proof shall be included in the manufacturer's laboratory or in another appropriate laboratory tests carried out on behalf of the manufacturer of the results;
design calculation, 105.6. checks and test results;
105.7. details of qualifications or qualifications approved under this provision and 30.1 30.1. section.
106. the notified institution: 106.1. examine the technical documentation and identify the elements which are designed according to the requirements of applicable standards, as well as the items not designed with these standards. In particular, check: 106.1.1. or do not apply to materials that do not comply with the applicable standards or have not received the approval of the materials;
106.1.2. pressure equipment or parts of the connection procedures are approved in accordance with the provisions of section 30.1.;
106.1.3. or the staff who performed the part of pressure equipment and sagraujošo tests, is not qualified or qualification is approved in accordance with this rule and section 30.1 30.1.;
106.2. ensure the appropriate examinations and necessary tests to establish whether the manufacturer's selected solution meets this provision essential safety requirements, the manufacturer does not use any applicable standards;
106.3. ensure the appropriate examinations and necessary tests to establish whether the manufacturer has used those standards for which it has reported.
107. where the design meets the requirements of this regulation, an authorized institution shall issue a design examination certificate to the manufacturer, the manufacturer's name, address, the conclusions of the examination and the necessary data for identification of the inspected projects.
108. the certificate shall be accompanied by a list of the relevant parts of the technical documentation, and a copy of it stored in an authorized institution.
109. If the notified body decides not to issue a design examination certificate, its reasoned refusal of the manufacturer or his authorised representative. The notified body shall indicate in the decision the appeal against the refusal.
110. Of all the modifications that have been made to the pressure equipment directive, subject to the design-examination certificate, the manufacturer shall inform the notified body that holds the certificate of inspection of the project related technical documentation.
111. If the modifications may affect pressure equipment conformity with the essential safety requirements or change the conditions of use, the manufacturer for them to receive additional evidence. It shall be issued as a supplement to the original design examination certificate.
112. the notified body shall inform the market surveillance authority of project examination certificates and additions which it has withdrawn, and (upon reasoned request) for those which it has issued. The notified body shall inform the other notified bodies about the design examination certificates and additions which it has withdrawn, and of those which it has refused to issue.
113. The other notified bodies may request and receive the necessary information on issued and withdrawn design examination certificates and additions issued.
114. Technical documentation, design-examination certificate and its additions to the manufacturer or its authorised representative shall keep for 10 years after the last of the pressure equipment manufacturing. If the pressure equipment manufacturer or its authorized representative is not in Latvia, the obligation to keep the technical documentation is the person of pressure equipment on the market.
4.6. the conformity to type (module C1) 115. C1 module describes the part of a conformity assessment procedure whereby the manufacturer, or to his authorised representative ensures and certifies pressure equipment in compliance with the type as described in the type examination certificate and the requirements of this regulation. The manufacturer or its authorised representative highlights each copy of the pressure equipment with the CE marking and draws up a declaration of conformity.
116. the manufacturer shall ensure compliance of the pressure equipment type-examination certificate and with the model described in this regulation.
117. the final assessment of the pressure equipment manufacturer who, through unannounced visits, the method chosen by the manufacturer's authorized supervised institution. At the time of such visits, the notified body: 117.1. make sure that the manufacturer of the final assessment of the pressure equipment in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 49;
117.2. selects the pressure equipment samples manufacture or storage of the required test;
117.3. evaluate tests the required pressure equipment samples and determine whether the final evaluation requires all or only part of the pressure equipment directive.
118. If one or more instances of pressure equipment does not meet the requirements of these provisions, the notified body shall take appropriate measures to remedy the non-compliance.
119. the notified body shall be responsible to the manufacturer for each copy of this pressure equipment the notified body identification number.
120. the manufacturer or his authorised representative shall ensure market surveillance authorities access to the Declaration of conformity and the technical documentation for 10 years after the last of the pressure equipment manufacturing. If the pressure equipment manufacturer or its authorized representative is not in Latvia, the obligation to keep the Declaration of conformity and the technical documentation is the person of pressure equipment on the market.
4.7. Production quality assurance (module D) 121 D module describes the part of a conformity assessment procedure in which the manufacturer ensures and declares the conformity of the pressure equipment inspection certificate of the type described in the type or design examination certificate described in the project and the requirements of this regulation.
122. Every copy of the pressure equipment manufacturer or its authorized representative shall be marked with the CE marking and draws up the Declaration of conformity. The CE marking indicates the identification number of the notified body, which shall carry out the monitoring in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 135.
123. the production of pressure equipment, a final assessment and checking of manufacturer approved (certified) quality system framework. Certified quality system is monitored in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 135.
124. for quality system certificate, the manufacturer will introduce quality system company and choose one of the notified bodies, in which the application is submitted for assessment.
125. The application shall include the assessment of compliance with the necessary information on the pressure equipment and add: 125.1. quality system documentation;
125.2. certified (certified) type of technical documentation and the type-examination certificate or a copy of the inspection certificate.
126. the quality system must ensure compliance of the pressure equipment in the type-examination certificate for certified (certified) the type or design examination certificate for certified (certified) project and the requirements of this regulation.
127. the manufacturer shall develop all elements of the quality system requirements and conditions and systematic and sequential writing them as quality system shall be documented policies, procedures and instructions.
128. the quality system documentation shall ensure the quality programmes, plans, manuals and records a consistent understanding. The quality system documentation shall include the following appropriate (sufficient) information: 128.1. the quality objectives and the organisational structure, responsibilities and powers of the management for the quality of the pressure equipment;
128.2. manufacturing, quality control and quality assurance techniques, processes and systematic measures, especially in the part of the connecting procedure, approved in accordance with the provisions of section 30.1.;
128.3. the examinations and tests to be carried out before manufacture, production of pressure equipment during and after manufacture, and the frequency of the checks and tests;
128.4. quality records (such as inspection reports, test and calibration data, qualification or qualifications of the staff to the approval of the report, especially the staff, who according to this provision and to paragraph 30.1 30.1. doing interconnection and parts of pressure equipment not sagraujošo tests);
128.5. quality monitoring and quality control.
129. the notified body shall assess the quality system to determine whether it meets this rule 126, 127 and 128. requirements of paragraph (the elements of the quality system which conform to the requirements of the applicable standards, are considered appropriate for these rules 126, 127 and 128. requirements of paragraph).

130. The verification (audit) include at least one expert with experience in the manufacture of pressure equipment concerned in the technology concerned. The evaluation procedure shall also include the manufacture of pressure equipment inspection visit of the site.
131. the notified body shall notify the manufacturer and, if the results of the evaluation of the pressure equipment satisfies the requirements of this regulation, shall be issued a certificate of quality system. The opinion shall be included in the notice of the examination and the reasoned decision, and the appeal of the decision.
132. The manufacturer fulfils the obligations laid down in the approved (certified) quality system, and ensure the adequacy and effectiveness of the system.
133. the manufacturer or his authorised representative shall inform the notified body that has approved the quality system (certified), the proposed changes to the quality system.
134. the notified body shall evaluate the proposed changes and decide whether the modified quality system complies with this rule 126, 127 and 128. point requirements and need repeated its assessment. The notified body shall notify the manufacturer of its decision, the notification shall include the inspection and a reasoned assessment opinion.
135. in order to ensure that the manufacturer duly fulfils the obligations imposed by the approved quality system (certification), the notified body shall take the manufacturer's quality system monitoring: 135.1. pressure equipment manufacture, supervises the inspection, testing and storage (the manufacturer provides access to documentation, as well as the manufacture of pressure equipment directive, inspection and testing) and check the necessary information, in particular: 135.1.1. the quality system documentation;
135.1.2. quality records (such as inspection reports, test and calibration data, qualification or qualifications of personnel approval reports, especially the staff, who according to this provision and to paragraph 30.1 30.1. doing interconnection and parts of pressure equipment not sagraujošo tests);
135.2. periodically (at least every three years to make a full assessment of repeat) performs supervisory inspection (audit) to ensure that the manufacturer maintains and applies the quality system and provide the manufacturer with a supervisory inspection (audit) report;
135.3. used unannounced visits. The need for such visits and the frequency of which shall be determined by the notified body monitoring system used, taking into account: 135.3.1. categories of pressure equipment;
135.3.2. previous supervision inspection (audit);
135.3.3. the need to prevent the open inconsistencies (corrective action);
135.3.4. specific provisions relating to the approval of the system;
135.3.5. significant changes in manufacturing organization, policy or techniques.
135.4. using unannounced visitors method (verify), or the quality system is functioning correctly, or provide this verification. The notified body must provide the manufacturer with a visit report and, if tests have been carried out, the test reports.
136. the manufacturer, ten years after the last of the pressure equipment manufacturing ensure market surveillance authorities approach: 136.1. the quality system documentation;
136.2. information on the addition of the quality system;
136.3. the findings of the notified bodies, reports and protocols.
137. the notified body shall inform the institution which shall carry out the supervision and control in the field of quality system approvals which it has withdrawn, and (upon reasoned request) of the quality system certificates it has issued. Notified bodies shall inform other notified bodies of quality system approvals which it has withdrawn, and on the approval of applications it rejected.
4.8. Manufacturing quality assurance for pressure equipment without type-certificate (module D1) 138. Module D1 describes the conformity assessment procedure whereby the manufacturer ensures and declares that pressure equipment the conformity of each copy of the requirements of these provisions.
139. the manufacturer or his authorised representative highlights each copy of the pressure equipment with the CE marking and draws up a declaration of conformity. The CE marking indicates the identification number of the notified body which carried out the terms of the supervision referred to in paragraph 154.
140. the manufacturer shall prepare a conformity assessment of pressure equipment technical documentation.
141. the technical documentation shall include the following information on the pressure equipment design, manufacture and use of pressure equipment, necessary for conformity assessment in accordance with the requirements of this Regulation: 141.1. General description of the pressure equipment;
an exploded view drawing of 141.2., part of the drawing, assembly drawings and other units of the necessary working drawings and diagrams;
141.3. This provision 141.2. drawings referred, diagrams and pressure equipment operations descriptions and explanations;
141.4. fully or partly applicable list of standards used, but if these standards are not used, appropriate solution description, used in order to comply with this provision essential safety requirements;
design calculation, 141.5. checks and test results;
141.6. test reports.
142. the manufacturer of pressure equipment manufactured, made its final assessment and verification approved (certified) quality system framework. Approved (certified) quality system admit that provision laid down in paragraph 154.
143. in order to obtain the certificate of quality system, the manufacturer shall implement a quality system of the company and choose one of the notified bodies, in which the application is submitted for assessment.
144. The application shall include the assessment of compliance with the necessary information on the pressure equipment and add quality system documentation.
145. the quality system must ensure compliance of the pressure equipment to the requirements of this regulation.
146. the manufacturer shall develop all elements of the quality system requirements and conditions and systematic and sequential writing them as quality system shall be documented policies, procedures and instructions.
147. the quality system documentation shall ensure the quality programmes, plans, manuals and records a consistent understanding. The quality system documentation shall include the following appropriate (sufficient) information: 147.1. the quality objectives and the organisational structure, responsibilities and powers of the management for the quality of the pressure equipment;
147.2. manufacturing, quality control and quality assurance techniques, processes and systematic measures, especially in the part of the connecting procedure, approved in accordance with the provisions of section 30.1.;
147.3. the examinations and tests to be carried out before manufacture, production of pressure equipment during and after manufacture, and the frequency of the checks and tests;
147.4. quality records (such as inspection reports, test and calibration data, qualification or qualifications of the staff to the approval of the report, especially the staff, who according to this provision and to paragraph 30.1 30.1. doing interconnection and parts of pressure equipment not sagraujošo tests);
147.5. quality monitoring and quality control.
148. the notified body shall assess the quality system to determine whether it meets this Rule 145, 146 and 147 requirements. (the elements of the quality system which conform to the requirements of the applicable standards, are considered appropriate for this Rule 145.146.147, and requirements of paragraph).
149. The verification (audit) include at least one expert with experience of the pressure equipment technology concerned. The evaluation procedure shall also include the manufacture of pressure equipment inspection visit of the site.
150. the notified body shall notify the manufacturer and, if the results of the evaluation of the pressure equipment satisfies the requirements of this regulation, shall be issued a certificate of quality system. The opinion shall be included in the notice of the examination and the reasoned decision, and the appeal of the decision.
151. The manufacturer fulfils the obligations laid down in the approved (certified) quality system, and ensure the adequacy and effectiveness of the system.
152. the manufacturer or his authorised representative shall inform the notified body that has approved the quality system (certified), the proposed changes to the quality system.
153. the notified body shall evaluate the proposed changes and decide whether the modified quality system complies with this Rule 145.146.147. points, and requirements and need repeated its assessment. The notified body shall notify the manufacturer of its decision, the notification shall include the inspection and a reasoned assessment opinion.
154. in order to ensure that the manufacturer duly fulfils the obligations imposed by the approved quality system (certification), the notified body shall take the manufacturer's quality system monitoring: 154.1. check pressure equipment manufacture, inspection, testing and storage (the manufacturer provides the ability to access the pressure equipment directive and documentation), as well as the necessary information, in particular: 154.1.1. the quality system documentation;

154.1.2. quality records (such as inspection reports, test and calibration data, qualification or qualifications of personnel approval tests, especially the staff, who according to this provision and to paragraph 30.1 30.1. doing interconnection and parts of pressure equipment not sagraujošo tests);
154.2. periodically (at least every three years) performs supervisory inspection (audit) and must provide the manufacturer with a supervisory inspection (audit) report;
154.3. used unannounced visits. The need for such visits and the frequency of which shall be determined by the notified body monitoring system used, taking into account: 154.3.1. categories of pressure equipment;
154.3.2. previous supervision inspection (audit);
154.3.3. the need to prevent identified deficiencies;
154.3.4. specific provisions relating to the approval of the system;
154.3.5. significant changes in manufacturing organization, policy or techniques.
154.4. using unannounced visitors method (verify), or the quality system is functioning correctly. The notified body must provide the manufacturer with a visit report and, if tests have been carried out, the test reports.
155. the manufacturer, ten years after the last of the pressure equipment manufacturing ensure market surveillance authorities approach: 155.1. quality system documentation;
155.2. information on additions to the quality system;
155.3. the findings of the notified bodies, reports and protocols.
156. the notified body shall inform the institution which shall carry out the supervision and control in the field of quality system approvals which it has withdrawn, and (upon reasoned request) of the quality system certificates it has issued. Notified bodies shall inform other notified bodies of quality system approvals which it has withdrawn, and on the approval of applications it rejected.
4.9. the pressure equipment-quality assurance (module E) 157. E module describes the part of a conformity assessment procedure in which the manufacturer certifies the conformity of the pressure equipment and the type-examination certificate and to the type as described in the requirements of this regulation.
158. the manufacturer or his authorised representative highlights each copy of the pressure equipment with the CE marking and draws up a declaration of conformity. The CE marking indicates the identification number of the notified body which carried out the terms of the supervision referred to in paragraph 171.
159. the manufacturer shall take the final assessment of the pressure equipment and the test approved (certified) quality system framework. Approved (certified) quality system admit that provision laid down in paragraph 171.
160. for the quality system certificate, the manufacturer will introduce quality system company and choose one of the notified bodies, in which the application is submitted for assessment.
161. The application shall include the assessment of compliance with the necessary information on the pressure equipment and add: 161.1. quality system documentation;
161.2. certified (certified) type of technical documentation and this type of a copy of the inspection certificate.
162. in order to ensure the conformity of the pressure equipment requirements of this regulation, within the quality system, each copy of the pressure equipment must be examined and appropriate tests set out in the applicable standards, or equivalent tests, particularly final assessment, in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 49.
163. the manufacturer shall develop all elements of the quality system requirements and conditions and systematic and sequential writing them as quality system shall be documented policies, procedures and instructions.
164. the quality system documentation shall ensure the quality programmes, plans, manuals and records a consistent understanding. The quality system documentation shall include the following appropriate (sufficient) information: 164.1. quality objectives and the organisational structure, responsibilities and powers of the management for the quality of the pressure equipment;
164.2. the examinations and tests that will be carried out after manufacture;
164.3. quality system management;
164.4. quality records (such as inspection reports, test and calibration data, qualification or qualifications of the staff to the approval of the report, especially the staff, who according to this provision and to paragraph 30.1 30.1. doing interconnection and parts of pressure equipment not sagraujošo tests).
165. the notified body shall assess the quality system to determine whether it meets this rule 162, 163 and 164, paragraph. requirements (quality system that meets the requirements of the applicable standards, are considered appropriate for these rules, 163 and 164 162. requirements of paragraph).
166. The verification (audit) include at least one expert with experience in the manufacture of pressure equipment concerned in the technology concerned. The evaluation procedure shall also include the manufacture of pressure equipment inspection visit of the site.

168. The manufacturer fulfils the obligations laid down in the approved (certified) quality system, and ensure its relevance and effectiveness.
169. the manufacturer or his authorised representative shall inform the notified body that has approved the quality system (certified), the proposed changes to the quality system.
170. the notified body shall evaluate the proposed changes and decide whether the modified quality system complies with this provision 162.163.164. points, and requirements and need repeated its assessment. The notified body shall notify the manufacturer of its decision, the notification shall include the inspection and a reasoned assessment opinion.
171. in order to ensure that the manufacturer duly fulfils the obligations imposed by the approved quality system (certification), the notified body shall take the manufacturer's quality system monitoring: monitor the pressure equipment of 171.1. inspection, testing and storage (the manufacturer provides access to documentation, as well as the pressure equipment directive to inspection and testing) and check the necessary information, in particular: 171.1.1. the quality system documentation;
171.1.2. technical documentation;
171.1.3. quality records (such as inspection reports, test and calibration data, qualification or qualifications of personnel approval reports, especially the staff, who according to this provision and to paragraph 30.1 30.1. doing interconnection and parts of pressure equipment not sagraujošo tests);
171.2. periodically (at least every three years to make a full assessment of repeat) performs supervisory inspection (audit) to ensure that the manufacturer maintains and applies the quality system and provide the manufacturer with a supervisory inspection (audit) report;
171.3. used unannounced visits. The need for such visits and the frequency of which shall be determined by the notified body monitoring system used, taking into account: 171.3.1. categories of pressure equipment;
171.3.2. previous supervision inspection (audit);
171.3.3. the need to prevent the open inconsistencies (corrective action);
171.3.4. specific provisions relating to the approval of the system;
171.3.5. significant changes in manufacturing organization, policy or techniques.
171.4. using unannounced visitors method (verify), or the quality system is functioning correctly, or provide this verification. The notified body must provide the manufacturer with a visit report and, if tests have been carried out, the test reports.
172. the manufacturer, ten years after the last of the pressure equipment manufacturing ensure market surveillance authorities approach: 172.1. quality system documentation;
172.2. information on additions to the quality system;
the notified body opinion 172.3., reports and protocols.
173. the notified body shall inform the institution which shall carry out the supervision and control in the field of quality system approvals which it has withdrawn, and (upon reasoned request) of the quality system certificates it has issued. Notified bodies shall inform other notified bodies of quality system approvals which it has withdrawn, and on the approval of applications it rejected.
4.10. Quality assurance of pressure equipment without type-certificate (module E1) 174. E1 module describes the conformity assessment procedure whereby the manufacturer ensures and declares that the pressure equipment in compliance with the requirements of the rules.
175. the manufacturer or his authorised representative highlights each copy of the pressure equipment with the CE marking and draws up a declaration of conformity. The CE marking indicates the identification number of the notified body which carried out the terms of the supervision referred to in paragraph 190.
176. the manufacturer shall prepare a conformity assessment of pressure equipment technical documentation.
177. the technical documentation shall include the following information on the pressure equipment design, manufacture and use of pressure equipment, necessary for conformity assessment in accordance with the requirements of this Regulation: 177.1. General description of the pressure equipment;

an exploded view drawing of 177.2., part of the drawing, assembly drawings and other units of the necessary working drawings and diagrams;
177.3. This provision referred to 177.2. drawings, diagrams and the operation of the pressure equipment descriptions and explanations;
177.4. full or partial list of applicable standards used, but if these standards are not used, appropriate solution description, used in order to comply with this provision essential safety requirements;
design calculation, 177.5. checks and test results;
177.6. test reports.
178. the manufacturer of pressure equipment manufactured, made its final assessment and verification approved (certified) quality system framework. Approved (certified) quality system admit that provision laid down in paragraph 190.
179. in order to obtain the certificate of quality system, the manufacturer shall implement a quality system of the company and choose one of the notified bodies, in which the application is submitted for assessment.
180. The application shall include the assessment of compliance with the necessary information on the pressure equipment and add quality system documentation.
181. in order to ensure the conformity of the pressure equipment requirements of this regulation, within the quality system, each copy of the pressure equipment must be examined and appropriate tests set out in the applicable standards, or equivalent tests, particularly final assessment, in accordance with the requirements of paragraph 49.
182. the manufacturer shall develop all elements of the quality system requirements and conditions and systematic and sequential writing them as quality system shall be documented policies, procedures and instructions.
183. the quality system documentation shall ensure the quality programmes, plans, manuals and records a consistent understanding. The quality system documentation shall include the following appropriate (sufficient) information: 183.1. quality objectives and the organisational structure, responsibilities and powers of the management for the quality of the pressure equipment;
part of the pairing procedure 183.2, approved in accordance with the provisions of section 30.1.;
183.3. the examinations and tests that will be carried out after manufacture;
183.4. quality system management;
183.5. quality records (such as inspection reports, test and calibration data, qualification or qualifications of the staff to the approval of the report, especially the staff, who according to this provision and to paragraph 30.1 30.1. doing interconnection and parts of pressure equipment not sagraujošo tests).
184. the notified body shall assess the quality system to determine whether it meets this provision 181.182.183. points, and requirements (quality system that meets the requirements of the applicable standards, are considered appropriate for this provision 181.182.183. points, and requirements).
185. The verification (audit) include at least one expert with experience in the manufacture of pressure equipment concerned in the technology concerned. The evaluation procedure shall also include the manufacture of pressure equipment inspection visit of the site.
186. the notified body shall notify the manufacturer and, if the results of the evaluation of the pressure equipment satisfies the requirements of this regulation, shall be issued a certificate of quality system. The opinion shall be included in the notice of the examination and the reasoned decision, and the appeal of the decision.
187. The manufacturer fulfils the obligations laid down in the approved (certified) quality system and ensure its relevance and effectiveness.
188. the manufacturer or his authorised representative shall inform the notified body that has approved the quality system (certified), the proposed changes to the quality system.
189. the notified body shall evaluate the proposed changes and decide whether the modified quality system complies with this provision 181, 182 and 183. requirements and need repeated its assessment. The notified body shall notify the manufacturer of its decision, the notification shall include the inspection and a reasoned assessment opinion.
190. to ensure that the manufacturer duly fulfils the obligations imposed by the approved quality system (certification), the notified body shall take the manufacturer's quality system monitoring: monitor the pressure equipment of 190.1. inspection, testing and storage (the manufacturer provides access to documentation, as well as the pressure equipment directive to inspection and testing) and check the necessary information, in particular: 190.1.1. the quality system documentation;
190.1.2. technical documentation;
190.1.3. quality records (such as inspection reports, test and calibration data, qualification or qualifications of personnel approval reports, especially the staff, who according to this provision and to paragraph 30.1 30.1. doing interconnection and parts of pressure equipment not sagraujošo tests);
190.2. periodically (at least every three years to make a full assessment of repeat) performs supervisory inspection (audit) to ensure that the manufacturer maintains and applies the quality system and provide the manufacturer with a supervisory inspection (audit) report;
190.3. used unannounced visits. The need for such visits and the frequency of which shall be determined by the notified body monitoring system used, taking into account: 190.3.1. categories of pressure equipment;
190.3.2. previous supervision inspection (audit);
190.3.3. the need to prevent the open inconsistencies (corrective action);
190.3.4. specific provisions relating to the approval of the system;
190.3.5. significant changes in manufacturing organization, policy or techniques.
190.4. using unannounced visitors method (verify), or the quality system is functioning correctly, or provide this verification. The notified body must provide the manufacturer with a visit report and, if tests have been carried out, the test reports.
191. the manufacturer, ten years after the last of the pressure equipment manufacturing ensure market surveillance authorities approach: 191.1. the technical documentation;
191.2. quality system documentation;
191.3. information on the addition of the quality system;
191.4. the findings of the notified bodies, reports and protocols.
192. the notified body shall inform the institution which shall carry out the supervision and control in the field of quality system approvals which it has withdrawn, and (upon reasoned request) of the quality system certificates it has issued. Notified bodies shall inform other notified bodies of quality system approvals which it has withdrawn, and on the approval of applications it rejected.
4.11. Pressure equipment verification (module F) 193. F module describes the part of a conformity assessment procedure whereby the manufacturer, or to his authorised representative ensures and declares that the pressure equipment in compliance with the requirements of the rules and the type-examination certificate or the project described in the inspection certificate.
194. the manufacturer shall take all measures necessary in order that the manufacturing process ensures conformity of the pressure equipment with the requirements of these provisions and the type-examination certificate or the project described in the inspection certificate.
195. the manufacturer or his authorised representative highlights each copy of the pressure equipment with the CE marking and draws up a declaration of conformity.
196. the institution of the appropriate tests and checks each copy of pressure equipment, in order to assess the conformity of the pressure equipment requirements of these provisions.
197. the manufacturer or his authorised representative: 197.1. stores a copy of the Declaration of conformity for ten years after the last of the pressure equipment manufacturing;
197.2. ensure that notified bodies issued certificates of conformity are available on request.
198. the notified body, when testing and checking of the pressure equipment to comply with the following conditions: 198.1. checks each copy of the pressure equipment and the tests prescribed in the applicable standards, or equivalent tests, to check (verify), or pressure equipment complies with the type-examination certificate or certificate of inspection to the type described in these rules and requirements;
198.2. test (verify), or the staff who performed the part of pressure equipment and sagraujošo tests, is not qualified or qualification is approved in accordance with this rule and section 30.1 30.1.;
198.3. verify (verify), or the manufacturers issued certificates comply with this provision the requirements of paragraph 57;
198.4. carry out final inspection and proof test referred to in paragraph 49 of these rules, or provide it and, if appropriate, check the safety devices;
each 198.5. a copy of the pressure equipment shall be marked or ensure its labelling with the identification number of the notified body a specimen of the pressure equipment and draw up a certificate of conformity for the tests carried out.
4.12. the pressure equipment the unit verification (module G) 199 G module describes the conformity assessment procedure whereby the manufacturer ensures and declares that pressure equipment which has been issued for this rule stated in paragraph 204 of the copy of the certificate of conformity of the pressure equipment, meeting the requirements of this regulation.
200. the manufacturer highlights each copy of the pressure equipment with the CE marking and draws up a declaration of conformity.

201. in order to receive the certificate of conformity, the manufacturer shall choose one of the notified bodies and submit: application for pressure equipment 201.1. a copy of a verification, by the manufacturer's name, address and location of the pressure equipment;
201.2. written declaration that the application has not been lodged with any other notified body;
201.3. technical documentation.
202. the technical documentation shall include the following information on the pressure equipment design, manufacture and use of pressure equipment, necessary for conformity assessment in accordance with the requirements of this Regulation: 202.1. General description of the pressure equipment;
an exploded view drawing of 202.2. in components, drawing, typography, drawing and other units of the necessary working drawings and diagrams;
202.3. This provision referred to 202.2. drawings, diagrams and the operation of the pressure equipment descriptions and explanations;
202.4. full or partial list of applicable standards used, but if these standards are not used, appropriate solution description, used in order to comply with this provision essential safety requirements;
202.5. design calculations and of the inspections carried out and the test results;
202.6. test report;
the required description of the 202.7. parts of pressure equipment manufacturing and testing procedures, as well as details of its staff qualifications or qualifications approval, who according to this provision and to paragraph 30.1 30.1. doing interconnection and parts of pressure equipment not sagraujošo tests.
203. in order to ensure compliance of the pressure equipment with the requirements of these provisions in the institution of authorized checks each of pressure equipment and during manufacture, design and carry out the tests laid down in the applicable standards, or equivalent tests. In particular, check: 203.1. the technical documentation relating to the design and the manufacturing procedures;
203.2. or do not apply to materials that do not comply with the applicable standards or have not received the approval of materials, as well as examine the material provided by the manufacturer (in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 61) materials;
203.3. pressure equipment parts or bonding procedure is approved in accordance with the provisions of section 30.1.;
203.4. pressure equipment or personnel who performed part of the interconnection and sagraujošo tests, not sufficiently qualified or qualification is approved in accordance with this rule and section 30.1 30.1.;
203.5. this rule 49.1. the final inspection referred to in this provision and 30.6. proof test referred to in or provide the appropriate tests to be carried out, and, if appropriate, also check the safety devices.
204. the notified body shall be marked pressure equipment or its labelling with the identification number of the notified body a specimen of the pressure equipment and draw up a certificate of conformity for the tests carried out. The certificate of conformity shall be kept for ten years.
205. the manufacturer or his authorised representative shall ensure that the Declaration of conformity and certificate of conformity is available on request.
4.13. Full quality assurance (module H) 206 H module describes the conformity assessment procedure whereby the manufacturer ensures and declares that the pressure equipment in compliance with the requirements of the rules.
207. the manufacturer or his authorised representative highlights each copy of the pressure equipment with the CE marking and draws up a declaration of conformity. The CE marking indicates the identification number of the notified body, which shall carry out the monitoring in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 220.
208. the manufacturer of pressure equipment design, manufacture, final assessment and testing is approved (certified) quality system framework.
209. for the full quality assurance system certificate, the manufacturer shall implement the quality system of the company and choose one of the notified bodies, in which the application is submitted for assessment.
210. The application shall include the assessment of compliance with the necessary information on the pressure equipment and add quality system documentation.
211. The quality system must ensure compliance of the pressure equipment to the requirements of this regulation.
212. the manufacturer shall develop all elements of the quality system requirements and conditions and systematic and sequential writing them as quality system shall be documented policies, procedures and instructions.
213. the quality system documentation shall ensure the quality programmes, plans, manuals and records a consistent understanding. The quality system documentation shall include the following: 213.1. quality objectives and the organisational structure, responsibilities and powers of the management for the quality of the pressure equipment;
213.2. technical design specifications, including the standards applicable and, if these standards have not been applied in full, informed of the means that will be used to ensure that the essential security requirements;
213.3. project management and design verification techniques, processes and systematic measures that will be used when designing the pressure equipment, particularly with regard to materials in accordance with the provisions of subsection 3.4;
213.4. manufacturing, quality control and quality assurance techniques, processes and systematic measures, especially in the part of the connecting procedure, approved in accordance with the provisions of section 30.1.;
213.5. the examinations and tests to be carried out before manufacture, production of pressure equipment during and after manufacture, and the frequency of the checks and tests;
213.6. quality records (such as inspection reports, test and calibration data, qualification or qualifications of the staff to the approval of the report, especially the staff, who according to this provision and to paragraph 30.1 30.1. doing interconnection and parts of pressure equipment not sagraujošo tests);
213.7. quality monitoring and quality control.
214. the notified body shall assess the quality system to determine whether it satisfies the provisions 211.212.213. points, and requirements (quality system that meets the requirements of the applicable standards, are considered appropriate for these rules, and 212.211.213. requirements of paragraph).
215. The verification (audit) include at least one expert with experience in the manufacture of pressure equipment concerned in the technology concerned. The evaluation procedure shall also include the manufacture of pressure equipment inspection visit of the site.
216. the notified body shall inform the manufacturer of the results of the evaluation. The opinion shall be included in the notice of the examination and the reasoned decision, and the appeal of the decision.
217. The manufacturer fulfils the obligations laid down in the approved (certified) quality system, and ensure its relevance and effectiveness.
218. the manufacturer or his authorised representative shall inform the notified body that has approved the quality system (certified), the proposed changes to the quality system.
219. the notified body shall evaluate the proposed changes and decide whether the modified quality system complies with these rules, and 212.211.213. point requirements and need repeated its assessment. The notified body shall notify the manufacturer of its decision, the notification shall include the inspection and a reasoned assessment opinion.
220. in order to ensure that the manufacturer duly fulfils the obligations imposed by the approved quality system (certification), the notified body shall take the manufacturer's quality system monitoring: 220.1. pressure equipment manufacture, supervises the inspection, testing and storage (the manufacturer provides access to documentation, as well as the manufacture of pressure equipment directive, inspection and testing) and check the necessary information, in particular: 220.1.1. the quality system documentation;
220.1.2. quality records relating to the quality system design (such as results of analyses, calculations, tests);
220.1.3. quality records relating to production quality system (for example, reports of inspection, testing and verification of calibration data, personnel qualification examination);
220.2. periodically (at least every three years to make a full assessment of repeat) performs supervisory inspection (audit) to ensure that the manufacturer maintains and applies the quality system and provide the manufacturer with a supervisory inspection (audit) report;
220.3. used unannounced visits. The need for such visits and the frequency of which shall be determined by the notified body monitoring system used, taking into account: 220.3.1. categories of pressure equipment;
220.3.2. previous supervision inspection (audit);
220.3.3. the need to prevent the open inconsistencies (corrective action);
220.3.4. specific provisions relating to the approval of the system;
220.3.5. significant changes in manufacturing organization, policy or techniques.
220.4. using unannounced visitors method (verify), or the quality system is functioning correctly, or provide this verification. The notified body must provide the manufacturer with a visit report and, if tests have been carried out, the test reports.
221. the manufacturer, ten years after the last of the pressure equipment manufacturing ensure market surveillance authorities approach: 221.1. quality system documentation;

221.2. information on additions to the quality system;
221.3. the findings of the notified bodies, reports and protocols.
222. the notified body shall inform the institution which shall carry out the supervision and control in the field of quality system approvals which it has withdrawn, and (upon reasoned request) of the quality system certificates it has issued. Notified bodies shall inform other notified bodies of quality system approvals which it has withdrawn, and on the approval of applications it rejected.
4.14. the full quality assurance with design examination of pressure equipment and special surveillance of the final assessment (module H1) 223. Using H1 module, in addition to these requirements, the compliance with all the requirements of module H.
224. the manufacturer shall choose one of the notified bodies, together with the application of pressure equipment project. The application shall contain the information needed to assess the conformity of the pressure equipment with the requirements of these provisions and to understand how the pressure equipment is designed, constructed and operated.
225. the application shall contain the following information: 225.1. technical design specifications, including the standards applicable to the list of intended use;
225.2. additional evidence necessary for compliance project, especially if the applicable standards have not been used in full. These additional evidence included in the manufacturer's laboratory or other appropriate laboratory tests carried out on behalf of the manufacturer.
226. the Authorized institution through unannounced visits, the method checks and monitors the pressure equipment is made in the rules referred to in paragraph 49 of the final evaluation.
227. the notified body shall examine the application and where the design meets the requirements of these regulations, issue a design examination certificate. The certificate shall state the opinion of the inspection, the conditions of validity, the necessary data in the approved (certified) for identification of projects and, if necessary, the pressure equipment or equipment description.
228. the manufacturer shall inform the notified body that has issued the design examination certificate informed of any changes in the project. If these changes may affect the conformity of the project to the essential safety requirements or conditions for use of the pressure equipment manufacturer for them to receive additional attestation issued by an addition to the original design examination certificate.
229. the notified body shall inform the other notified bodies about the design examination certificates and additions which it has withdrawn, as well as for those applications it rejected.
5.230. Approval for materials the materials from which the pressure equipment is made, the necessary approval for materials: a technical document that describes the materials that are not unique and not repeatable.
231. the material does not need approval of them for the manufacture of pressure equipment for materials, the references of which have in the standards applicable.
232. material approval is issued by the authorities empowered for the purpose, carry out appropriate inspections and tests and confirm the various material types of compliance with this regulation.
6. Declaration of conformity 233. Declaration of conformity by the manufacturer or his authorized representative, shall contain at least the following: 233.1. of the manufacturer or of his authorised representative, the name and address;
233.2. General or pressure equipment pressure equipment complexes;
233.3. references to carried out the conformity assessment procedures;
233.4. If declared complex pressure equipment into conformity, the description of the pressure equipment constituting this complex;
233.5. reference to the type examination certificate, the certificate of inspection or certificate of compliance if it established the procedure for the assessment of conformity of the notified body and the name and address of the issuing the certificate;
the notified body 233.6. name and address of monitor's quality system, as determined by the relevant conformity assessment procedures;
233.7. reference to applicable standards, if such use;
233.8. reference to other technical standards and specifications, if any;
233.9. references to the regulations, which set the CE label and apply to the pressure equipment or assemblies to be declared;

238.2. pressure equipment package, which is fully assembled or completed in a way that may make its final assessment according to this provision, paragraph 49.
239. the CE marking should not be deployed on each instance of pressure equipment if they form one of the rules set out in paragraph 13 of the complexes. Individual copies of pressure equipment, which is already the CE marking, this marking after the incorporation of the complex should be maintained.
240. If the conformity of the pressure equipment or Assembly is subject to other requirements of the pressure equipment or Assembly before labelling the CE marking must also comply with these regulatory requirements.
241. Pressure equipment and assemblies allowed to label with other marks and symbols, provided they do not mislead about the meaning or form of the CE marking and CE marking does not reduce visibility and clarity.
242. If the institutions in accordance with these rules and regulations are controlled and monitored by the pressure equipment and assemblies, it establishes that the CE marking to the pressure equipment or Assembly it has been affixed unduly, they shall inform the manufacturer, its authorized representative or the importer, whose job is to ensure that the pressure equipment or Assembly, to comply with the requirements of the laws and they do not happen again.
243. where pressure equipment are still being unreasonable or complex labelling the CE marking, the relevant authorities do established legislation the measures necessary to limit or prevent the pressure equipment or assemblies referred to the offering of the internal market, or to ensure the withdrawal from the market and/or use.
8. Market surveillance 244. Cabinet established on the market surveillance authorities shall take all appropriate legislative measures provided for by the legislation, to be offered only to the market of pressure equipment and assemblies which, according to the installed, maintained and used without risk to human life, health and the environment. 245. — the internal market offer to sell, or put in use to give to against or without payment — allowed only pressure equipment and assemblies which comply with the requirements of this regulation which is marked with the CE marking.
246. The internal market of pressure equipment or assemblies can offer a person is: pressure equipment or assemblies 246.1. manufacturer (also a person of such pressure equipment or complex designs and manufactures for personal use);
pressure equipment or assemblies of 246.2. manufacturer's authorized representative;
246.3. pressure equipment or assemblies the importer;
246.4. pressure equipment or a combination of the Distributor;
246.5. the population register registered natural person.
247. the pressure equipment or their placing on the market of the complex are not considered: 247.1. pressure equipment or to send the package to the manufacturer's authorised representative in Latvia, which is entrusted with ensuring the pressure equipment or assemblies the conformity with the requirements of these regulations before placing on the market;
247.2. pressure equipment or assemblies into the development process or, if then pressure equipment or assemblies are removed from Latvia;
247.3. pressure equipment or manufacturing complex in Latvia for sale outer market.
248. the pressure equipment or assemblies which do not comply with the requirements of this regulation, allowed to play fairs, exhibitions, demonstrations, and similar events, where they are clearly visible indication of non-compliance with the requirements of this regulation and marketing restrictions. The pressure equipment or assemblies during operation only allowed on condition that you comply with all security measures to avoid any harm caused to human life, health or the environment. If the pressure equipment or assemblies referred to are offered on the market, they must comply with the requirements of this regulation.
249. pressure equipment and assemblies To use appropriate and safe, pressure equipment and assemblies on the market, ensure that these rules 50 and 51 the information specified in point would be the national language.
9. transition issues 250. These regulations shall enter into force by 1 January 2001.

251. the notified body performing material approval to those materials before the entry into force of these rules is found to satisfy the requirements of this regulation, taking into account the previous inspection and test results.
