The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia in 2000 May 16 Regulation No. 181 (in Riga. No 23, § 17) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 7 October 1997 of Regulation No 348 ' separate type of business licensing regulations "Issued in accordance with the law" on business "article 32 do Cabinet of 7 October 1997 of Regulation No 348 ' separate type of business licensing rules" (Latvian journal, 1997, 260-262,/335.nr.; 1998, 334.58.59.147.149., 289, 290,./367./368.nr.; 1999, 1, 64-65. 75.167.78., 168, 198//199.nr.; 2000, 109./110.nr.) the following amendments: 1. provisions be supplemented by 16.1 points the following: "16.1 national radio and Television Council shall issue a special permit (license) for the operation of the electronic public communication area: 16.1 1. broadcast permission: 16.1 1.1. commercial (local, regional, regional, national or cross-border) radio programs broadcasting;
16.1 1.2. commercial (local, regional, regional, national or cross-border) television programs broadcast;
16.1 1.3. public (regional or national) radio programs broadcasting;
16.1 1.4. public national television programs broadcast;
16.1 1.5. cable television and kabeļradi (radiotranslācij) programs broadcast;
10.0 2. retransmission of authorization;
16.1 3. cable television and kabeļradi (radiotranslācij). "
2. Make 30 points by the following: "30. The institution which has issued the special permission (license) is entitled to the Re: 18.7. extending the special permission (license) for a period of time not exceeding five years;
30.2. the examination of, or special permission (license) the requested operation meets the special permissions (licenses) and the conditions of validity. "
