The Republic of Latvia Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 228 in Riga on 11 July 2000 (pr. No 31, § 29) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers on 19 October 1999, the Regulation No 355 "plant quarantine regulations" Issued under the plant protection act article 5, paragraph 1, and article 14, the seventh paragraph to make the Cabinet of 19 October 1999, the Regulation No 355 "plant quarantine rules" (Latvian journal, 1999, 348./350.nr.) the following amendments: 1. Deletion of annex 2 in paragraph 2 of article 52.
2. To express 3.4.4.7. subparagraph by the following: "(A) 4.4.7. potato virus, M, S, V, X and Y (including Y0u, Yn and Yc) and leaf roll virus strains that have been found in Europe;".
3. Amend Annex 3 paragraph 6 and 12.
4. Supplement to annex 3 paragraph 16.1 the following: "16.1 weeds: a species of infected plants and plant products 16.1 1.   Cenchr of the pauciflor of the Gramineae Benth.
