The Republic of Latvia Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 268 in Riga in 2000 (8 august. No 36, § 34) rules on market intervention in the sugar production sector in the year 2000 in accordance with the law "on sugar" 13.1 article i. General questions 1. These rules determine the order in which to market intervention in the sugar production sector in the year 2000.

II. Application for market intervention, transaction date and responsibility 12. Agency for private storage shall be implemented in accordance with the application of a sugar (annex). 13. Date of receipt of the application, the Agency 10 days conclude with a sugar factory of private storage contracts and procedures to be taken in account.
III. Market intervention measures 14. Private storage measures the Agency is financed by the Ministry of Agriculture of the State budget allocated to the funds the State reserves of grain purchasing and storage.
15. Expenses incurred by the Agency for private storage are covered from the State budget for 2001, the funds allocated to agricultural subsidies.
