No 44 12) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers on 6 June 2000, the Regulation No 192 "rules of voluntary accession to the State pension insurance" Issued in accordance with the law "on State social insurance" the third paragraph of article 5, third paragraph of article 13 and article 14 of the sixth 1. make Cabinet on 6 June 2000, the Regulation No 192 "rules of voluntary accession to the State pension insurance" (Latvian journal, 2000, 213./218.nr.) the following amendments : replace rules 1.1 name the word "pension" with the word "social";
1.2. make points 1 and 2 by the following: "1. this regulation lays down: 1. the order in which the non-profit organization public joint stock company" State social insurance agency "(hereinafter called the Agency) are registered to individuals who voluntarily joined the pension insurance, disability insurance, maternity and sickness insurance (hereinafter insured person on a voluntary basis);
1.2. State social insurance contributions of the volunteer (voluntary contributions) objects, the minimum and maximum amount and procedure;
1.3. the procedures of the law "on State social insurance" article 5, third paragraph, the persons voluntarily joins a national social insurance through voluntary contributions.
2. as a voluntarily insured persons registered in a branch of the Agency at the address of the place of residence as of the date of: 2.1 a person who voluntarily joined the pension insurance, submit the registration sheet (annex 1);
2.2. a person who voluntarily joined the pension insurance, disability insurance, maternity and sickness insurance, submitted by: 2.2.1. registration page;
2.2.2. a copy of the certificate of marriage (the presentation of the original);
2.2.3. the legal status of the self-employed, a copy of identity document (the original show). ";
1.3. make paragraph 5 by the following: "5. The voluntary contributions to the minimum amount to 960 dollars a year. Voluntary contributions, the maximum level of the object is 16000 lats year. ";
1.4. to express such paragraph 11: "11. Voluntarily insured person's voluntary contribution is calculated as follows: 11.1 a person who voluntarily joined the pension insurance, voluntary contributions, multiplying the amount of the object with which corresponds to the Cabinet of Ministers established the compulsory payment rate for retirement insurance for the year (apart from the voluntary contributions of time);
11.2. a person who voluntarily joined the pension insurance, disability insurance, maternity and sickness insurance, voluntary contributions of the object multiplied by the amount by which corresponds to the Cabinet of Ministers established the compulsory payment rate for pension insurance, disability insurance, maternity and sickness insurance the year (apart from the voluntary contributions of time). ";
1.5. to replace paragraph 13, the words "voluntary contributions" with the words "voluntarily insured person's voluntary contributions";
1.6. the express 16. paragraph by the following: "4. Voluntarily insured person shall have the right at any time to opt out of the voluntary accession of State social insurance, by written notification to the Agency's branch, as well as the obligation within three days of notification of required socially insured person's status, while the person who voluntarily joined the pension insurance, disability insurance, maternity and sickness insurance, for divorce, a spouse's self-employment loss or death of the spouse.";
1.7. replace paragraph 17, the words "the national retirement insurance" with the words "State social insurance";
1.8. Replace annex 1 and 2 in the name of the word "pension" with the word "social".
