Preparatory, monitoring and coordination of activities related to the planned measures (project preparation and supervision); 6.1.2. the activities related to each specific planned measures for implementation (project implementation); 6.2. project preparation and monitoring. Expenditure for the preparation and monitoring of the project to include expenditure on market research, assessment, project design, risk analysis and any feasibility studies carried out before the implementation of measures associated with plan for a goal. Also include expenditure related to monitoring and control operations carried out by producer organisations, in particular the implementation of the measures. These expenses may apply to different categories, such as labour, provision of services or supplies; 6.3. the implementation of the project. Expenditure for the implementation of a project should include the costs of such elements of the measures implemented, which are not directly linked to the preparation and monitoring of the project, such as expenses for the purpose of scientific or technical experiments, ad campaigns, new fishing gear selectivity for technical building equipment and deployment, improve traceability, or the promotion of sustainable aquaculture practices. 7. implementation schedule. Plans should include graphic with planned measures and related costs that the multiannual plan divided by year. 8. Performance indicators. For each of the planned measures must specify the performance indicators to the producer organizations and the competent national authorities to monitor the implementation of measures. These indicators should be used in the annual report provided for in Regulation No 1415/2013 article 28, point 5. With these indicators should aim to assess the strategic objectives of the plan compared to the plan described in the introduction to the original situation. Outcome indicators should describe the product sales cycle projections and the average monthly income of producers in compliance with the expected level of income; 8.1.2. aquaculture producer organisations performance indicators that enable, evaluate, as follows: 8.1.2.1. species grown inset and planned extraction; 8.1.2.2. preliminary schedule for the marketing of products (by species and presentation); 8.1.2.3. identifying market opportunities for the action plan; 7.2.1.8. certification/labelling of products intended for the action plan; 8.1.2.5. aquaculture activities related to ecosystem pollution reduction plan; 8.1.2.6. sustainable farmed species feeding plan; 8.1.2.7. in compliance with the rules and the awareness and control of related training schedule. Outcome indicators should describe the product sales cycle projections and the average monthly income of producers in compliance with the expected level of income; 8.2. the performance indicators, which are used to evaluate the impact of the measures taken to production and marketing plans for achieving the objectives: 8.2.1. fishing product manufacturer organization performance indicators with which assess: 8.2.1.1. caught or put on the market the amount of species and/or value; 8.2.1.2. caught or put on the market the average size of the species; 8.2.1.3. the increase in the volume of sales (by species and/or products) in comparison with the ex ante situation; 8.2.1.4. the number of new product sales, volume and/or value in comparison with the previous year; 8.2.1.5. effort and/or capacity Dynamics; 8.2.1.6. composition of landings and/or unwanted catch volume Dynamics; 8.2.1.7. unloaded or resultant value of production Dynamics; 8.2.1.8. production costs per unit of production Dynamics; 8.2.1.9. sales cost per unit of production Dynamics; 8.2.1.10. producers ' average monthly income; 8.2.1.11. the proportion of the products not sold changes compared with the ex ante situation; 8.2.1.12. changes in the value of the products marketed has trouble, compared to the ex ante situation; 8.2.1.13. the number of accidents (injuries and/or fatalities); 8.2.1.14. producer organisations registered violations of rules changes. 8.2.2. aquaculture producer organisations performance indicators with which assess: 8.2.2.1. get or put on the market the amount of species and/or value; 8.2.2.2. the increase in the volume of sales (by species and/or products) in comparison with the ex ante situation; 8.2.2.3. the number of new product sales, volume and/or value in comparison with the previous year; 8.2.2.4. the resultant value of production Dynamics; 8.2.2.5. the proportion of feed used in the production of the dynamics, obtained from sustainable or renewable resources; 8.2.2.6. exhaust pollution dynamics; 8.2.2.7. production costs per unit of production Dynamics; 8.2.2.8. selling expenses per unit of production Dynamics; 8.2.2.9. producers ' average monthly income; 8.2.2.10. the proportion of the products not sold changes compared with the ex ante situation; 8.2.2.11. changes in the value of the products marketed has trouble, compared to the ex ante situation; 8.2.2.12. the number of accidents (injuries and/or fatalities); 8.2.2.13. producer organisations registered in breach of the rules.
