6.3. the applicant has complied with the provisions of Regulation No 918/2012 OR Annex III. MLR. 100. in subparagraph of point ' k '. 7. Civil Aviation Agency administrative process law shall take a decision to temporarily suspend the operator certificate if the aircraft operator does not comply with the provisions of Regulation No 918/2012, Regulation No 965/2012 with guidelines, part of Regulation No 918/2012 Oro part guidelines, Regulation No 965/2012 CAT part guidelines or regulation no 965/2012 Spa part guidelines. In this case, the Civil Aviation Agency set a time-limit within which the aircraft operator is required to eliminate the discrepancy found. 13. Civil Aviation Agency administrative process law shall take a decision to revoke an issued certificate that: 13.1 the operator the prescribed period has not prevented a Civil Aviation Agency non-compliance found; 13.2. the operator's property, possession or usage does not have any aircraft; 13.3. the operator does not comply with the conditions of the operator; 13.4. the aircraft operator surrenders the operator use. 14. the Agency for Civil Aviation operator certificate and its conditions, changes to the operator, as well as the operator certificate suspension or cancellation within three working days, inform the Ministry of transport.
