The Republic of Latvia Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 148 in Riga on 27 March 2001 (pr. No 13, 45. ¤) Cabinet of 27 February 2001, Regulation No 88 of "medicine import, export and distribution rules" Issued in accordance with article 5 of the law on Pharmacy (1) and (3) and article 19 to make a Cabinet of 27 February 2001, Regulation No 88 of "medicine import, export and distribution rules" (Latvian journal, 2001, 35 no) the following amendments: 1. Replace the words "in paragraph 136, 2001 April 1," with the words "1 May 2001".
2. Replace paragraph 137, the words "June 1, 2001" with the words "1 July 2001".
3. Make 145. paragraph by the following: "145. to ensure market monitoring of medicines, in 2001 to 30 April in Latvia authorised to import medicines, which have national medicines agency issued import licences for medicinal products. That authorisation does not extend to the rule referred to in subparagraph 10.1.2. The authorization of the applicant State shall submit an application to the Agency for medicinal products. The authorisation shall specify the name of the medicinal product, its strength, form, the serial number, the volume of distribution and origin. "
