Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 101 in Riga, 5 March 2002 (pr. Nr. 10, § 24) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers on 19 October 1999, the Regulation No 355 "plant quarantine regulations" Issued under the plant protection act article 5, paragraph 1, and article 14, the seventh paragraph to make the Cabinet of 19 October 1999, the Regulation No 355 "plant quarantine rules" (Latvian journal, 1999, 348./350.nr.; 2000, 259-261.; 424./425.nr.; in 2001, 77 no) the following amendments: 1. Replace throughout the text, the words "sanitary border inspection" (fold) with the words "food and veterinary service of sanitary border inspection" (fold).
2. Supplement with 10.1 points as follows: "10.1 the registered person each year up to April 1 submitted to the national plant protection services of the following information: 1. information 10.1 of the activities carried out by the registered person for plant-health control subject to plants or plant products (production, trade, export or import), specifying the particular plant species;
