Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 236 in Riga, June 18, 2002 (pr. Nr. 25, 4. §) ķemeri national park personal protection and terms of use are Issued in accordance with the ķemeri national park law article 3, second paragraph, and the law "On especially protected natural territories" 17. the second paragraph of article i. General questions 1. determines the ķemeri national park (the park) and the use of individual protection.

5. 9. Without reconciliation with the administration of the park landscape of the protection zone and the neutral zone banned: 9.1. install wind generators and telecommunications towers;

10. the territory of the Park requires the park's nature protection provided for in the plan of nature management measures to: 10.1. maintain and restore the natural ecosystems typical of natural processes;

10.3. the preservation and rational use of the medicinal sulphide mineral water and in sludge deposits.
11. Natural restricted area and landscape protection area of the park's administration may in addition to the set of the season barring the areas with economic and other types of operational restrictions, providing information on the local newspapers and the newspaper "Gazette", as well as informing the local authorities concerned and deploying information tags.

20. 30. in accordance with the nature protection plan of the park of the park's administration may impose restrictions on hunting-territories on certain time prohibited certain species reduce the number of wild animals.
31. in the area of the Park is prohibited: 31.1. to organise hunting outside the park conservation plan in place;
31.2. to hunt deer, except deer buck Hunt of the individual during the period from 15 June to 31 October;

32. Without coordination with the park administration in the territory of the park is prohibited: 32.1. feeding of wild game;
32.2. installing stationary hunting and observation towers;
32.3. creating new hunting sites.

33.2. any hunt in the park territory inform the park administration. The park administration officials received information about hunting time, place and type of registered special journal;

V. concluding questions 34.14.4.3. and paragraph 20 shall enter into force by January 1, 2004.
35. Rule 18.2 shall enter into force by 1 January 2003.

37.
