Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 236 in Riga, June 18, 2002 (pr. Nr. 25, 4. §) ķemeri national park personal protection and terms of use are Issued in accordance with the ķemeri national park law article 3, second paragraph, and the law "On especially protected natural territories" 17. the second paragraph of article i. General questions 1. determines the ķemeri national park (the park) and the use of individual protection.

3. Park area prohibited to: 3.1 to leave the road, as well as the move by motor vehicles, mopeds, scooters and wagons through forest and farmland and Gulf of Riga coastal dune Strip, if it's not related to the management or monitoring of such areas;
3.2. use trails and paths other than the establishment of objectives, as well as the information tags;
3.3. move around the area, which imposed prohibition signs;
3.4. outside the park conservation plan in place to move the water vehicles powered by internal combustion engines;
3.5. to take action, in accordance with the opinion of the administration of the park have a significantly negative impact on the natural landscape or cultural landscapes, as well as healing sulphide mineral water and therapeutic mud deposits in the formation processes;
3.6. use accessories of wild berries and mushrooms in reading;
3.7. let the dog being in the outdoors without a leash and uzpurņ, except for hunting regulations in the order;
3.8. to install and operate waste landfills and garbage dumps;
3.9. Blot dry marshes;
3.10. burn the dry grass and reeds, except the park conservation plan to protect the natural in nature management measures;
3.11. installation of wild plants, animals and fungi, as well as product sales and buying points.
4. State and local government owned lands in the territory of the park visitors prohibited to: 4.1 without coordination with the park administration installation of camps and build tents outside the designated places;
4.2. bonfire outside the specified or installed locations.
5. Without coordination with the park's administration prohibited the dissemination of information on the park territory existing specially protected biotopes, specially protected plant deposits, especially protected habitats of animals, as well as for those tourist routes that are not listed on the park conservation plan.
6. Without coordination with the park administration in the territory of the park is prohibited: 6.1. getting valid minerals and to carry out studies of the subsoils;
6.2. to take measures to regulate the activities of Beaver;
6.3. installation and use waste collection points;
6.4. get unlimited use of specially protected species individuals;
6.5. State and local government owned countries get or move boulders, which average in the widest point is greater than one metre;
6.6. organise outdoor military exercises;
4.2. perform the transformation of the Earth;
6.8. the installation of a constant tourist camps;
4.3. installation training and tourist trails;
6.10. to carry out archaeological research;

7. Natural barring area prohibited to: 7.1 install wind generators and telecommunications towers;
7.2. the transformation of land outside the park conservation plan in place;
7.3. noise, disrupting natural ecosystems, as well as the territory of the park residents and visitors;
7.4. to damage or destroy, also turn up and cultivate the floodplain, patio and forest meadow and lauc.
8. Without reconciliation with the administration of the natural park area prohibited barring: 8.1 place ads and other information;
8.2. use of the entertainment business, aircraft aviation sports and activities, as well as private flights;
8.3. organising outdoor sports, entertainment and leisure activities involving more than 50 people.
9. Without reconciliation with the administration of the park landscape of the protection zone and the neutral zone banned: 9.1. install wind generators and telecommunications towers;
9.2. turn up and cultivate the floodplain, patio and forest meadow and lauc.
10. the territory of the Park requires the park's nature protection provided for in the plan of nature management measures to: 10.1. maintain and restore the natural ecosystems typical of natural processes;
10.2. Save and restore rare and specially protected habitats, animals and their habitats, as well as rare and specially protected plant deposits;
10.3. the preservation and rational use of the medicinal sulphide mineral water and in sludge deposits.
11. Natural restricted area and landscape protection area of the park's administration may in addition to the set of the season barring the areas with economic and other types of operational restrictions, providing information on the local newspapers and the newspaper "Gazette", as well as informing the local authorities concerned and deploying information tags.
 
 
II. Forest management and use of the park area in the territory of the Park 12. forests managed and used in accordance with these rules, regulations, as well as respecting the park conservation plan.
13. Regardless of the type of forest growing conditions in the area of the park stands volume production allowed the natural recovery with any tree species.
14. the territory of the Park is prohibited: 14.1 atsveķ the trees;

14.4. to cut trees in the following locations: 14.4.1. River and Lake floodplains, except where, in accordance with the nature protection plan of the park, take the floodplain meadow restoration and management, and individual growth and stunted tree felling to make forest fire prevention measures, as well as remove hazardous trees, install and maintain the view area and supplement the forest base of animal feed;
14.4.2. oak, ash, Linden, maple, and Elm tīraudz Truscott and the stands, if this mistrot tree species composition of more than 50 percent overall, excluding the forest management plan or the park conservation plan in nature management measures and individual growth and stunted tree felling to make forest fire prevention measures, as well as remove hazardous trees, install and maintain the view area and supplement the forest base of animal feed;

15. The main lock in the landscape protection area and the neutral zone, as well as care in the area of the park lock retains at least twenty older and larger size trees (felling per hectare), first saving: 15.1 trees with large and thick branches;

15.4. oak, Linden, pine, ash, Elm, Maple and Vaughn.
16. Nature Reserve area and landscape protection area are not allowed to develop and reforest the burning, vējgāz and bebrain (Beaver, submerged areas).
17. Natural barring area prohibited to: 17.1. tapping into the growing trees stands, unless it is intended for installation and maintenance of the view area, as well as after prior coordination with the park's administration — to ensure traffic safety on public roads;
17.2. take the main harvesting and Reconstructive slapped;
17.3. to carry out any of the activities of the forestry during the period from 1 March to 31 July, except for forest fire prevention measures, hazardous tree harvesting and wildlife management measures in accordance with the park's conservation plan.
18. The landscape protection zone banned: 18.1. make a clear cut and Reconstructive slapped;
18.2. State and local government owned forests to carry out any activities in forestry 1 April to 31 July, except for forest fire prevention measures, hazardous tree harvesting and wildlife management measures in accordance with the park's conservation plan.

20. IV. the number of wild animals, hunting, fishing, and fishing in the park territory 26. the number of wild animals, hunting, fishing, and fishing in the park territory in accordance with these rules, regulations, as well as respecting the park conservation plan.

28.3. the wild waterfowl in the Lake, Kaņier Lake and the river Lielupe Slokas.
29. Reducing the number of wild animals in natural reserve area and landscape protection area, banned: 29.1. use more than one dog;
29.2. exhume game cave, except the American mink cave to hunt.
30. in accordance with the nature protection plan of the park of the park's administration may impose restrictions on hunting-territories on certain time prohibited certain species reduce the number of wild animals.
31. in the area of the Park is prohibited: 31.1. to organise hunting outside the park conservation plan in place;
31.2. to hunt deer, except deer buck Hunt of the individual during the period from 15 June to 31 October;
31.3. to fish with nets Kaņier Lake.
32. Without coordination with the park administration in the territory of the park is prohibited: 32.1. feeding of wild game;
32.2. installing stationary hunting and observation towers;
32.3. creating new hunting sites.
33. the rights of owners and Hunting users: 33.1. before hunting precinct management project approval, coordinate with the administration of the park;
33.2. any hunt in the park territory inform the park administration. The park administration officials received information about hunting time, place and type of registered special journal;
33.3. in line with the park's administration limited the game hunting of wild animal residue hunting stations;
33.4. the park administration lodged within the park service news on the incidence of wild animals, hunting and hunting, as well as the acquired trophies of wild animals and their biological characteristics;
33.5. immediately notify the park service of illegal hunting, as well as the sick, the wounded and the killed wild animals.
 
 
V. concluding questions 34.14.4.3. and paragraph 20 shall enter into force by January 1, 2004.
35. Rule 18.2 shall enter into force by 1 January 2003.
36. the provisions of paragraph 3.4, paragraph 24 and paragraph 19.3 shall enter into force on 1 July 2002.
37.
