Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 245 in Riga, June 18, 2002 (pr. No 25 44. §) rules on passports of citizens of Latvia, non-citizens ' passports and travel documents for stateless persons Issued in accordance with the identity documents act article 5 eighth and article 6 of the third paragraph of rule 1 defines the Latvian passports, passports for non-citizens and stateless travel document (passport), and the handover of issue, period of validity, as well as passports in addition to the information to be included, for improved security against forgery extended functionality and easier to use.
