Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 220 in Riga, 28 May 2002 (pr. No 22, 40) the provisions on wage system of State revenue service officials and employees have been issued in accordance with article 62 of the law of work of the fifth and the scheme of article 23 of the law 1. determines the State revenue service officials and employees (hereinafter referred to as an officer and employee) pay (monthly salary, allowances and bonuses, as well as any other form of remuneration in relation to the job (position) duties and management remuneration provided for in the Treaty) and its calculation order.
2. Official and employee of the month, salaries are determined according to the position in accordance with the provisions of annex 1, taking into account the appropriate official and employee education, work experience, position specific skills, the complexity of work, employment, service, accountability, as well as an official or employee of the management agreement.
3. Official and employee of the month, salaries shall be determined taking into account: 3.1 the State revenue service set out in the establishment plan monthly salary;
3.2. the premium for retirement according to the seniority of the current year after State on January 2. Premium for seniority is calculated as the sum of the periods during which a clerk or employee worked in the State revenue service, the financial Inspectorate, the Customs authorities or the State social insurance fund;
3.3. premium for work increased responsibility;
3.4. Management remuneration provided for in the contract.
4. Monthly premium for retirement is determined from the official concerned and the State revenue service employee's monthly salary in the establishment plan as follows: 4.1 if the length of service is between five and 10 years (including) — 30% of the salary;
4.2. If the length of service is between 10 and 15 years (inclusive), — 40% of the salary;
4.3. If the length of service is more than 15 years — 50% of the salary.
5. Official and the employee in accordance with the provisions of annex 2, and the Director-General of the State revenue service's list of approved staff can determine the premium on the work conditions of increased accountability to 80% of the official concerned and the State revenue service employee's monthly salary in the establishment plan.
