Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 309, Riga, July 16, 2002 (pr. September 7, Regulation No 318 "order in which deductions to the privatisation Agency for State property privatisation, create objects and consumed its reserve fund and payments to State and municipal property privatisation funds and State budget" (Latvian journal, 1999, 317./318.nr.; 2000, 131./132.nr.) the following amendments: 1. Put point 7 by the following: "7. the privatization of the State property Fund calculated amount to be from the total privatisation revenues less the deductions provided the Agency, the deductions for property privatization of local funds and other cabinet under certain duties. "
2. Replace paragraph 8 of the introductory part, the words "of the State property privatization funds calculated amounts" with the words "from the privatisation of the State property fund amounts".
3. Express 8.6. subparagraph by the following: "8.6. other cabinet laws or regulations prescribed by the privatisation process-related expenses;".
4. Supplement with 8.8 and 8.9. subparagraph by the following: "8.8. to cover the proceedings related to the Agency's functions (according to actual expenditure referred to some);
8.9. the agencies to cover the expenses of liquidation (if the amount of expenses is such that it is not possible to cover them from the Agency funds). "
5. Delete paragraph 13, the words "executive orders".
6. Make the following point 19:19 "the privatisation process of the funds including the privatization of the State property Fund, after you complete the following: 19.1. deductions to cover the expenses of privatisation;
19.2. the contributions to the municipal property privatisation funds;
19.3. The Cabinet fixed payments (including claims of insolvent business employee satisfaction);
19.4. the deduction of privatisation agency reserve fund. "
7. Supplement with 19.1, 19.2, 19.3 and 19.4 points as follows: "If the Agency transfers 19.1 functions execution by another institution, the Cabinet of Ministers determine the deduction regulations of which the said institution is entitled to use the work taken over funding.
19.2 the law "on State and municipal property privatisation funds" laid down in article 5, the privatisation Agency's reserve fund of funds managed by the Latvian development agency, then when it taken over State property privatization of objects of enforcement control function and the corresponding purchase contract execution control function of the privatisation Agency.
19.3 the privatisation Agency (after the State property privatization of objects of enforcement control functions and the execution of the purchase agreement of the transfer of the control function, Latvian development agency) in charge with the State property privatization of objects and other agency functions, once a month (until the 15th date of the following month) transfer to the institution, which carries out the function, according to the Cabinet of Ministers regulations for certain deductions calculated amount (8 of these rules in the cases referred to in paragraph means any transfer of funds from the Reserve Fund of the privatisation Agency) the Cabinet of Ministers, as well as certain payments, contributions to the municipal property privatisation funds, privatization agency's reserve fund and privatisation of the State property Fund.
19.4 the State real property agency of the State property privatization revenue receives under the Cabinet of Ministers regulations specified a deduction calculated amount to cover expenditure relating to the exercise of their functions, which are taken over from the privatization agency. The rest of the amount the State real property agency transferred the privatisation Agency (after the State property privatization of objects of enforcement control functions and the execution of the purchase agreement of the transfer of the control functions — to the Latvian development agency) this rule 19.3 above payment. "
