Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 394 in Riga on 27 august 2002 (pr. No 36 27) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers on 3 October 2000, the Regulation No 347 "rules on requirements for educators need education and vocational qualification" Issued under the Education Act, paragraph 13 of article 14, the first subparagraph of article 48 and the vocational training law article 18 do Cabinet of 3 October 2000, the Regulation No 347 "rules on requirements for educators need education and professional qualifications" (Latvian journal, 2000, 350;/352.nr. 2001 , 143 no). the following amendments: 1. Express 2.5. subparagraph by the following: "2.5. professional development curriculum (pedagogical education amount-at least 320 kontaktstund), after which the learning is provided by the Minister of education and Science approved the sample certificate, if the person is a professional secondary education (secondary education and Latvian Chamber of Crafts artisans granted qualification corresponding to the post master's level) or higher education and his work in professional education, vocational education or interest of the educational institution;".
2. Make the following paragraph 4.4: "4.4. by January 1, 2004-for educators who implement vocational guidance and interest education programs."
3. Add to paragraph 2.2 of annex behind the words "vocational secondary education" with the words "or Latvian Chamber of Crafts artisans granted qualification corresponding to the post master's level".
4. Add to paragraph 3.2 of the annex behind the words "vocational secondary education" with the words "or Latvian Chamber of Crafts artisans granted qualification corresponding to the post master's level".
5. Supplement to annex paragraph 5 and 6 by the following: "5. the vocational guidance in education: 5.1. professional guidance in music, art or choreography education educator professional higher education sector (educational programmes, which are implemented in parallel degree of basic education-vocational secondary education sector) and pedagogical education 5.2. professional orientation of sports teacher in higher education pedagogical education in sport 6. Interest interest education education educators in higher pedagogical education or higher education thematic area and pedagogical education or vocational secondary education (secondary education and Latvian Chamber of Crafts artisans granted qualification corresponding to the post master's level) and pedagogical education, or sports interest education-vocational training or qualification (secondary education in professional sports, secondary education and vocational guidance education of sport or sports coach qualification) and pedagogical education ".
