Replace the text of paragraph 3 "(90 x 60) mm" with the text "(length – 85,47 – 85,72 mm width: 54,03 mm) "– 53,92 2. Express 8.1. subparagraph by the following: "8.1. photograph, which comply with the regulations on identity documents personal image requirements;". 3. To supplement the provisions under point 8.1 as follows: "a Person of the pensioner application 8.1 licence may be sent by post. The application of these provisions shall be added to the 8.1 and 8.2. documents referred to. In this case, the person shall indicate the further communication of the desired type (telephone number, electronic mail address or the declared place of residence address). " 4. Make the following paragraph 13: "13. If the pensioner certificate needs to get rebuilt, person or authorised person shall submit to the Agency of the application. The application shall specify the grounds for the requirement and adds the pensioner certificate previously issued, if it has become unfit for use or changed personal data, as well as these rules 8.1 and 8.2 in these documents. " 5. Make 19.2 point as follows: "19.2. photos that meet the regulations on identity documents personal image requirements;". 6. To supplement the provisions under point 20 as follows: "20. Retired licences issued up to March 1, 2015, is valid and usable also after 1 March 2015." 7. Deletion of annex 1, Figure 1, the words "3 x 4 cm". 8. Deletion of annex 1 in point 1.6 of the text "(3 x 4 cm)". 9. Replace annex 1 and 2 in paragraph 4, the words "logo" of the Agency "VSA" with the words "Supplement small national coat-of-arms image".
