Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 60 in 2015 (3 February. 6. § 20) procedures for granting national and European Union support for the "organisation of producer groups and create" issued under the agricultural and rural development Act article 5, fourth paragraph i. L 352) (hereinafter Regulation No 1407/2013). 4. the objective of the measure is to promote the agricultural service cooperatives and cooperatives of forestry services and efficient operation of the Central and primary market research, product marketing, as well as the acquisition of new markets. 5. the applicant is an agricultural service cooperative society and forestry services cooperative society fruit and vegetable producer group or organisation has obtained with the compliance status according to the Regulations Act, which establishes the agricultural service cooperatives and cooperatives of forestry services conformity assessment (hereinafter applicant support), with the exception of: 5.1 eligible cooperatives, recognized and which aid has been granted in accordance with the laws and regulations on fruit and vegetable producer groups and organisations; 5.2. eligible cooperatives, fruit and vegetable producer groups or organisations that have been granted support for 2004-2006 and 2007-2013 programming period under "producer groups", and whose compliance status for the first time acquired before 2014; 5.3. in accordance with the cooperative society, the fruit and vegetable producer groups or organisations in the conventional dairy and grain sectors; 5.4. eligible cooperatives, fruit and vegetable producer groups or organisations that compliance status for the first time acquired before 2014 and then reorganized or newly established.  6. the implementation of the aid measure is the territory of the Republic of Latvia.
II. conditions of eligibility 7. III. the amount and intensity of the aid

14. IV. The aid procedure 21. 29. Vi. Application procedures and the documents to be submitted in support of 34.
