European Union funds projects in the programming document, it approved versions and concerted action programmes for the "growth and jobs" (hereinafter operational programme) additions; 2.4.2. General information about any specific support purposes (including measures or project application selection rounds, if the specific objectives of aid planned to implement a number of activities or project application selection rounds), indicative of their implementation plans and project application selection planned funding amounts; 2.4.3. the developed guidelines, methodology and explanations; 2.4.4. the following information from the cohesion policy fund management information system 2014-2020 for projects for which contracts have been concluded in civil or arrangement: 2.4.4.1. information of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 December 2013 Regulation (EU) No 1303/2013 laying down common provisions on the European regional development fund, the European Social Fund, the Cohesion Fund, the European agricultural fund for rural development and the European Fund for Maritime Affairs and fisheries and general provisions on the European regional development fund , The European Social Fund, the Cohesion Fund and the European Fund for Maritime Affairs and fisheries, and repealing Council Regulation (EC) No 1083/2006 (hereinafter Regulation No 1303/2013), point 1 of annex XII; 2.4.4.2. Fund of the European Union, within which the name assigned to the Fund of the European Union; 2.4.4.3. the specific objective number and name under which the European Union allocated to the Fund; 2.4.4.4. project number; 2.4.4.5. the project site (statistical region, Republic city or municipality, district or city parish) in which project (if it is possible to specify); 2.4.4.6. the competent authorities concerned; 2.4.4.7. civil law contract or the date of conclusion of the agreement; 2.4.4.8. projects in the European Union allocated to the Foundation's funding; 2.4.4.9. draft national public funding (if applicable); 2.4.4.10. project national private funding (if applicable); 2.4.4.11. project total funding; 2.4.4.12. project the target group; 2.4.4.13. project partners; 2.4.5. According to Regulation (EC) No 1303/13 Annex XI, section 2.1., paragraph 2 (a) to "e"-project examples, Latvian and English; 2.4.6. links to fund the European Union institutions involved in the management of the Web sites that insert information on the funds of the European Union; 2.4.7. the message of the managing authorities, the responsible authorities and the authorities of the planned cooperation European Union Fund for information and communication measures (hereinafter referred to as the information and communication activities); 2.4.8. Update regulations No 1303/2013 2.1 of annex XII, paragraph 2 of the section "f" of the information referred to in subparagraph; 2.9. other implemented information and communication measures. 3. the responsible authority shall: 3.1 on its website: 3.1.1. information on the responsible authority to the existing specific support purposes (including measures or project application selection rounds, if the specific objectives of aid planned to implement a number of activities or project application selection rounds); 3.1.2. the project submission evaluation criteria, evaluation criteria draft amendments before the consideration by the Subcommittee for the priority axis concerned and link to the Monitoring Committee's Web site (http://kom.esfondi.lv), which is published by the Monitoring Committee approved the draft application evaluation criteria; 3.1.3. link to cooperation bodies, managing authorities and the horizontal coordination of the responsible institutions ' websites; 3.2. encourage the non-governmental, regional and social partners and potential project applicant's participation (e.g., organizing public consultation, Conference, discussion forums, expression over the internet, determines the agenda for harmonization of official documents) project application evaluation criteria, specific regulations for the purpose of the aid (including the application of the measures or projects selection round, if the specific objectives of aid planned to implement a number of activities or project application selection rounds) and in the development of the programming document; 3.3. plan and implement communications with the public about the funds of the European Union's influence on the development of the sector concerned and society benefits. 4. cooperation authority: 4.1 shall publish on its website the information in accordance with regulations No 1303/13 Annex XI, section 3.1, paragraph 2; 4.2. published on its website information on the approved project submission; 4.3. maintenance of the potential project applicants and beneficiaries of the most frequently asked questions and answers and publish them on your Web site; 4.4. one day after this rule 4.1 referred to the publication of the information sent to the managing authority and the responsible authority electronic notification, indicating a link to the publication of this information on their website; 4.5. monitors the beneficiaries fulfil its obligations in the field of information and communication, laid down by Regulation No 1303/13 Annex XI, section 2.2; 4.6. ensuring information and communication measures; 4.7. put your website link to the managing authorities, the responsible authorities and the horizontal coordination of the responsible institutions Web sites. 5. the responsible authority and the liaison body: 5.1 to current year 5 December electronically submitted proposals to the managing body of the communications plan that includes planned communication measures by the authorities in the next calendar year.
