Nr. 6, 24) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers on 19 December 2000, in Regulation No 435 "Lotteries and gambling organization and maintenance of monitoring and control procedures," Issued in accordance with the law "on lotteries and gambling" article 39 do Cabinet of 19 December 2000, in Regulation No 435 "Lotteries and gambling organization and maintenance of monitoring and control arrangements" (Latvian journal, 2000, 466./469.nr.; 2001, 117 no) the following amendments to replace: 1. in paragraph 1, the word "Finance" with the word "financial".
2. Make a point 5 and 6 by the following: "5. the responsible person shall ensure that the national lottery ticket sales had been issued by the inspection special permissions (licenses) national lottery organization of transcripts. The said copy shall immediately return after officials of the inspection request.
6. the organizer of the game Gambling halls and casinos provide the presence of the person responsible. The person in charge of an inspection, officials first request: 6.1 displays a special permit issued by the Inspectorate (license) gambling or casino to open the Hall;

3. 4. Express section 9.1 the following: "6. this rule 9.1, 6.1, 6.2 and 6.3 of the mentioned documents;".
5. Add to subparagraph 9.3 after the words "the requirements set out in the law" with the words "in the presence of the person in charge when you check the slot of the motor and the electronic meter readings".
6. Supplement with 9.8. subparagraph by the following: ' 9.8. Casino visitor registration requirements. "
7. Supplement with 9.1, 9.2 and 9.3 points as follows: 9.1 "when carrying out an inspection of the organisation of lotteries and gambling site inspection officials call on lottery ticket trader representative (national lottery ticket outlets) or permission of the recipient's representative (employee) (hereinafter referred to as party guest).
9.2 If the lotteries or gambling venues do not have permission to the representatives of the beneficiary (employee), officials of the Inspectorate have the right to carry out by any other person and presenting it with the above checks.
9.3 Lotteries and gambling organizers and operators at the time of inspection after inspection officials in the first request, providing it with the documents referred to in these provisions and information. "
8. Make paragraph 10 by the following: "lotteries or gambling 10. for the organisation of checks in place inspection officials draw up lotteries or gambling locations to test Act (hereinafter examination)."
9. Amend paragraph 11.4.
