Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 69 in Riga 2003 4 February (pr. 7. § 46) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 17 July 2001, Regulation No 323 of "requirements for incineration and incineration equipment" Issued under the waste management Act, article 7 and paragraph 8 of the law "on pollution" in article 11, the second paragraph of section 7 to make the Cabinet of 17 July 2001 of Regulation No 323 "Requires incineration and bass in the waste incineration plant" (Latvian journal, 2001, nr. 154.110, 2002; 119. No.) the following amendments: 1. Make a table of annex 1 paragraph 2 by the following: "2. the nitrogen dioxide 20%".

7. To supplement annex 4, paragraph 5, after the word "prescribed" by the term "NOx". 8. Replace annex 4, 3., 4. and 5. table, the word "power" with the words "Lease to enter professional heat capacity". 9. Express 4. table 3 of the annex paragraph 1 by the following: "1. 10. Express 4. in paragraphs 12 and 13 of the following: "3.
